Private: property 3'400 m2, swimming pool (5 x 10 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 17.Oct.). Motor access (via unmade road). Parking. Grocery 2.5 km, supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop 6 km, sandy beach "Li Cossi" 5 km. Nearby attractions: Isola Rossa 18 km, Vignola mare 18 km, Aquafantasy 16 km, Santa Teresa 38 m, Alghero 107 m. Please note: car recommended. Animals in the neighbourhood.
7-room villa 150 m2 on 2 levels. Comfortable furnishings: large living/dining room with panoramic window with open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the patio. Kitchenette (6 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds. 2 rooms, each room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. 3 showers/bidet/WC. No heating option. Large terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6). Beautiful distant view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.
