The bright and modern detached house for up to 6 people (built on stone) with private parking on the property is located on the 2nd Row behind the picturesque rock cliff on the open sea. The 10 km long sandy beach (Schaabe) is within walking distance in about 1000 m.

The premises are divided as follows:
Through the main entrance on the ground floor you reach the first small bedroom with a 140 * 200 bed and TV.

Opposite is the first bathroom with shower, toilet and urinal.

From the hall you get into a cozy and modern living-dining-kitchen with underfloor heating.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, ceramic hob and fridge with integrated ice compartment. Dishes, pots, pans and glasses are plentiful.

The south-west corner terrace in the rock garden with garden furniture and sun lounger invites you to relax.

Upstairs are two more bedrooms. One bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed 180 x 200. In the further bedroom there are two beds 90 x 200. A spacious one
Second Bathrooms with bathtubs and shower stalls and underfloor heating ensure cozy living.

The neighborhood and surroundings:
The house is located in Glowe, in a newly emerging area. Glowe is an up-and-coming former fishing village, with a harbor, spa and spa park in the north of the island.

Binz is about 25 km away. The house is located in a mixed area of holiday homes and houses on the site of the former coastal radio station Rügenradio.

The long Schaabe connects Glowe with Juliusruh with its 10 km long sandy beach.
The bathing beach lined with dunes and pine forests is wonderful with excellent air and water quality.
The beach promenade invites you to linger and take walks, with a view of the harbor with the small observation tower.
A supermarket, bakery, fish smokehouse and several restaurants are available for daily needs.

Gut gepflegtes neues Ferienhaus. Gut ausgestattet. Sehr gut geeignet für 5 bis 6 Personen. Zwei Badezimmer entspannen die Lage morgens und abends. Das untere Schlafzimmer ist etwas eng, aber ausreichend.Unbedeutender Negativpunkt, die Kaffeemaschine braucht lange für eine volle Kanne. Vielleicht hilft eine Entkalkung.

Das Haus war soweit super ! Nur zwei Sachen fanden wir nicht so toll! Die Duschen sind so klein das man sich kaum darin drehen und bewegen kann. Super wäre auch eine Abzugshaube. Wenn man im Haus kocht zieht der ganze Brasen und Geruch durchs Haus. Sonst war es sauber… alles notwendige war da… und die OSR Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich!

Schönes geräumiges Haus mit Terrasse. Für unsere Zwecke und Bedürfnisse ideal. Waren 3 Erwachsene und das Haus hatte 2 Bäder, im Erdgeschoss 1 SZ und ein Bad, alles ohne Schwellen, dadurch ideal für eine 91 jährige.

Der Ort und das Haus bietet alles was man braucht. Betten bequem und Wohnbereich gemütlich. Kritik gibts aber auch. Grillen nicht gestattet, was sehe schade ist.6 Personen Haus und nur 1 PLW stellplatz.

Schönes Haus mit Steingarten

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dem Haus sehr genossen. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und in der Küche ist alles für den täglichen Bedarf vorhanden. Leider besitzt das Haus nur einen Steingarten, der anders als es die Bilder vermuten lassen, nicht eingezäunt ist. Zudem befindet sich der Garten in der Mitte von zwei weiteren Häusern. Da der Sichtschutz nur bedingt vorhanden ist, hat man das Gefühl, Tisch an Tisch mit den Nachbarhäusern beim Essen zu sitzen. Bis auf die beiden Sichtschutzwände gibt es nur eine kleine Hecke und ein paar niedrige Sträucher. Glowe ist ein schöner Ort für alle die Ruhe und Erholung suchen. Leider kann man nicht direkt am Kliff wandern, da alles wegen eines Neubaugebietes (Glower Utkiek), gleich hinter den Häusern abgesperrt ist. Augenscheinlich wird auf der Baustelle aber schon monatelang nicht mehr gearbeitet. Worauf auch der schon sehr eingewachsene Bauzaun hindeutet. Dadurch konnten wir nur an der Straße ins Zentrum laufen. Dies fanden wir als Hundebesitzer nicht optimal. Einen Aufenthalt in Glowe können wir nur empfehlen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist i.O. Aber die Terasse ist mangels Überdachung kaum nutzbar. Der Strandkorb ist stark verschlissen und die Möbel haben aufgrund der Witterungseinflüsse auch schon gelitten.

Sehr schönes Haus

Tolles geräumiges Haus, das alles enthält was man braucht. Sehr gute Ausstattung bis hin zum eigenen Strandkorb! Das Haus liegt in einem Neubaugebiet mit verschiedensten Baustilen und - leider - kleinem Grundstück. Negativ ist hinsichtlich der Lage anzumerken, dass trotz Nähe zur Ostsee kein direkter Zugang möglich ist. Zusammenfassend ist hinsichtlich des Hauses festzustellen, dass es mit der Ausstattung und dem Komfort die Note 1 verdient und eine klare Empfehlung ist.

Ferienhaus Am Kliff

Wir haben Ende August 2022 vierzehn Tage im Ferienhaus der Fam. Justi verbracht. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld der Buchung war schnell und total nett. Da das Inserat äußerst ausführlich ist, waren nur wenige Fragen zu klären. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte durch die beauftragte Hausmeisteragentur absolut problemlos, genauso die Abgabe am Abreisetag. Das Ferienhaus ist erst ein paar Jahre alt und daher in einem sehr guten Zustand. Ausstattung grundsätzlich top...genügend Kissen/Decken in den Schlafzimmern, viele Abstell- und Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten in den Räumen, ausreichend Geschirr usw. Lediglich bei den Pfannen könnte mal aufgestockt werden, eine kleine Pfanne, in der man ein Spiegelei braten kann, ist etwas wenig. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in Glowe, der Ort, die Strände in der Umgebung, die ganze Insel ist immer eine Reise wert. Unsere Unterkunft hat natürlich auch einen großen Teil dazu beigetragen. Lediglich die Außenanlage fanden wir nicht so schön. Der Kieselsteingarten wirkt etwas lieblos... Vielen Dank!

Gute Wohnung in toller Umgebung

Es war ein toller Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und in sehr gutem Zustand. Wir fanden die Wohnung sehr sauber vor. Vor dem Urlaub konnten alle wichtigen Fragen gut geklärt werden. Es gab immer schnell und nett Antwort. An- und Abreise wurde vor Ort absolut unkompliziert abgewickelt - einschließlich Tipp des Hausmeisters zur Abreise (war gut!). Rügen ist immer eine Reise wert und die Wohnung kann empfohlen werden.

Urlaub im Neubaugebiet

Prinzipiell ist das Objekt für Mieter ohne Hund gut geeignet. Der Müll der Vormieter wurde nicht geleert. Von Ruhe kann hier aber nicht die Rede sein. Das Haus steht mitten in einem Neubaugebiet. Pünktlich 7 Uhr jeden Morgen begannen die Arbeiten links und rechts vom Haus . Ich persönlich werde mich für meinen nächsten Urlaub in Glowe nach einem anderen Objekt umsehen.

Das Haus ist super neu, die Einrichtung praktisch und es fehlt an nichts. Ein kleines Manko ist der relativ lange Weg zum Strand.

Sehr schönes neues Ferienhaus, mit guter Ausstattung. Eine ruhige Gegend, wenn nicht gerade das Nachbarhaus von eine Gruppe angemietet wird, welche bis früh zum fünf saufen. Wofür das Haus leider nichts kann.

Schöner Urlaub

Alleine für die Insel Rügen hat es sich gelohnt. Wunderschöne Landschaften und Strände. Auch die Unterkunft war hervorragend. Wie meine Vorredner bereits gesagt haben, befindet sich das Haus in einer Neubausiedlung, daher wird hier und da noch gebaut und gearbeitet. Aber das hat garnicht gestört. Zu kam man z.B. mit den Nachbarn ins Gespräch, die gerade eine Gartenhütte gebaut haben. Unterkunft war sauber und auch von der Größe her Optimal. Wir waren mit 6 Personen dort.

In Ordnung

Das Haus war sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage allerdings sehr weit vom „Strand“ entfernt. Man muss mindestens 10-15 Fußweg einplanen der mit kleinem Kind schon recht anstrengend sein kann. Um das Haus herum ist aktuell alles nich Baustelle. Wenn es fertig ist ist es sicher schöner. Aber es war dennoch schön ruhig, da über die Feiertage keiner arbeitet. Wie es sonst ist können wir nicht beurteilen. Der Platz war für zwei Paare ausreichend, für drei Paare mit einem Kleinkind aber schon sehr klein. Das Treppenhaus schallt und man bekommt kaum Ruhe in das Haus wenn sich unten leise unterhalten wird, kommt das oben ungefiltert an und man versteht wirklich jedes Wort. Eventuell könnte man da noch etwas vorbauen damit dem entgegen gewirkt wird. Für zwei Paare ohne Kinder können wir das Haus bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Schönes Haus von Innen - Irgendwann auch außen

Das Haus ist hinsichtlich der Einrichtung und Ausstattung das mit Abstand beste, welches wir je gemietet hatten. Alles neu, sauber, vollständig usw. Sehr modern, schnelles Internet. Super! Leider ist es eines der ersten, die auf dem Gelände fertiggestellt sind. Außenrum wird noch überall wie verrückt gebaut (Stand: Juli 2018). Es war so laut und staubig, dass wir schnellstmöglich in ein vom Vermieter organisiertes Ersatzhaus umziehen mussten. Der Vermieter war dabei sehr kooperativ und verständig. Hätte man allerdings vermeiden können, wenn das Haus erst nach den Bauarbeiten auf den Markt gekommen wäre. Für uns war es ein großes Ärgernis. Würden das Haus aber unbedingt wieder buchen, wenn es fertig ist. Fürs Haus: 5 Sterne, für den Aufenthalt: 0. Daher im Mittel 3
