The building stands within the former Jewish Quarter, established in 1679 under the regency of Maria Giovanna Battista of Savoy. The area retains much of its original character, with its distinctive urban layout, historic architecture and unique atmosphere.

Inside, exposed wooden ceilings and carefully selected furnishings reflect the heritage of the building while providing modern comfort. The ceilings are slightly lower than those found in contemporary buildings, a characteristic feature of many historic properties in the city centre, contributing to the apartment’s intimate and welcoming feel.
