It is composed as follows: Garden level (independent access by steep exterior staircase): - Living room (with additional kitchen) - 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160x200 cm - 1 bedroom with 2 beds 80x190 cm - Shower room - WC - Veranda with summer kitchen Ground floor: - Living room/dining room/kitchen - 2 bedrooms each with 1 bed 160x200 cm - 1 bedroom with 2 beds 80x190 cm - Bathroom (corner bathtub) - WC Attic floor (access by interior staircase from the ground floor): - 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160x200 cm - 1 bedroom with 2 beds 80x190 cm - Bathroom - WC Sea view Access by a slope concreted, exit from the property in reverse On the ground floor: - Terrace of 15 m² - Ping-pong table with rackets On the garden level (access by a small slope or by the stairs): - Covered terrace of 20 m² - Garden furniture - Private swimming pool (9x6 meters), open throughout the rental period, secured by a protective barrier.
