An 100 square metre house in the countryside, 40 km east of Malaga and 12 km from the Mediterranean coast. Wonderful, peaceful, quiet and private surroundings.
On a 2,000 square metre sloping plot with beautiful views of the Mediterranean sea and the Sierra de las Almijaras. The swimming pool and pool terrace are partly covered; the perfect place to spend your day.
Interior: Living/dining room with fireplace, open plan kitchen, one bedroom with double bed (1.4 m), one bedroom with comfortable sofa bed (1.60 m), one full bath. The house is furnished in a modern European style. TV, radio with CD-player, bed and bath linens, and garden furniture are provided.
Golfcourses are nearby. Day trips: the beaches of the Costa del Sol (10 minutes), Malaga, Granada, Nerja, die Alpujarras, Ronda...
Leisure, trips, golf: The house is perfectly located to discover both the Costa del Sol and the quiet charms of Andalusia: Cities on the coast: Malaga, Marbella, Nerja; The beaches of the Costa del Sol; Granada and the world famous Alhambra, Ronda, pueblos blancos. Sports: several golf courses, walking and hiking, climbing, horseback riding, mountain biking... or just spend the day beside the pool and relax in privacy.
