Fouras-la-Joie is a 36 m² single-storey farmhouse, ideally located in the heart of Fouras-les-Bains, 200 m from the beaches and a stone's throw from the ferry to the Ile d'Aix.
The house accommodates up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 twin bedroom). It has a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, air fryer, microwave, fridge-freezer), a washing machine and fibre optics.
The outdoors is its real strength: quiet garden with shaded terrace under pergola, outdoor table for 6 people and deckchairs. Ideal for enjoying summer evenings after the beach.
The town of Fouras is within walking distance: shops, restaurants, market. The Pointe de la Fumée and its pier for the Ile d'Aix are just a few minutes away by bike.
