Very outdated building and rooms. Room had an extremely strong bleach smell and all windows were acrewed shut so you could not open them. Towels for shower were very thin and small. Room was clean. If you are looking for a very inexpensive room near the beach, this is your place.

This isn’t a luxury hotel. The bathroom was small and run down, and there was nowhere to hang anything, but for an overnight stay at the beach it was fine, and the price is unbeatable. The room was clean and the air conditioning was ice cold (with the option of making it less so). The porch was a highlight—beautiful spot to read a book or eat a picnic dinner after the beach. Keep your expectations in line with the price point and you won’t be disappointed.

Hotel stay

While climbing stairs to the 3rd floor was rough on my bad knees, overall it was a pretty decent place. Employees were friendly and it is only a minute walk to the beach. We would stay there again!

Nice place, but make something with your air conditioner

Very close to beach, very clean small room. Perfect for one night. But the air conditioner rattles so you can't sleep and the windows don't open.

Old New Jersey

This is a nice place which reminded me of growing up. There is no elevator which makes things very difficult carrying suitcases, but it is an adequate place to stay which is in a beautiful neighborhood and literally for houses from the beach. It is not the iconic Hilton, but it is adequate. The staff is very nice and accommodated
