College getaway with daughter

My daughter and I came to visit Winston-Salem for a college tour weekend. We loved the little rental and it fit our needs perfectly. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for ourselves and the sitting room was cozy. Everything was so clean! Most importantly it is in a great area where we felt safe. We definitely plan to stay here again on our next visit!

This upstairs studio is tastefully decorated, comfortable, incredibly clean and well equipped. A bonus is a nice, arbor covered deck with table and chairs. I had a covered, allotted parking space that was well lighted at night. The security gate added to my comfort as I was traveling alone this visit. I hope to stay here again in the near future. Interesting space and decor. Great location. Ok clean but needs attention to detail. Silverware was dirty in drawer - had been used and not cleaned (we didn’t use it but washed it anyway). Microwave isn’t clean - same with oven. Not that we used them but… Mirror on bathroom door hasn’t been cleaned in a while.
