About this property

New perfect beach getaway with stunning views (C9)

Perfectly situated on the quieter west end of Pensacola Beach this 3rd floor walk-up sits on the Pensacola Bay and is a 5 minute walk to the Gulf of Mexico. It’s our first season of hosting vacationers and we would love to have you and your family. Our condo is less than 1/2 mile to Peg Leg Pete’s - a Pensacola Beach favorite restaurant. If you want a night-out, the Casino Beach and Boardwalk area has more than 10 restaurants and bars and is less than 2 miles away.

Kick back, dip your toes in the sand, grab your glass of wine (or bourbon) and relax in this calm, beach condo. A quick escape from the crazy of everyday.

The unit is C9, located on the 3rd floor, corner unit. Yes, you will need to walk up 3 flights of stairs, but the privacy (only 4 units per floor) and direct view of the water from the front and back balconies are worth it!

With a balcony overlooking the Bay, the condo sleeps 6. The primary bedroom features a king bed, second bedroom with a queen, and the living room has a queen sofa bed.

If you enjoy cooking during your vacation, you’ll be set in our fully equipped kitchen with amenities including upgraded refrigerator, Margaritaville blender, toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker, and microwave. The living area has new furnishings, HD TV, cable, Roku, and high speed internet. The unit has an upgraded washer/dryer and the 2 full bathrooms include towels and hairdryer.

No pets permitted per condominium policy.

Renters must be 23 or older per condominium policy.

A security camera is located in the front entrance of the unit for the safety of our guests. We have one, actively recording camera overlooking the front porch, which records video and audio. The device is located on the exterior of the property.
Any guest beyond the number in your itinerary will be charged a penalty of $300 per person per night. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy of 6 guests.

We really enjoyed our stay. Indy was so kind and quick to respond to questions. We rent a condo at the beach at least once a year and this was the cleanest condo I’ve ever stayed in and stocked with necessities that aren’t usually provided in other condos.

We traveled to Pensacola right before the season opened! We enjoyed beautiful, warm weather and about 70 degree ocean water, perfect! The condo is located off the main area which allows for a little space and quiet. The property owner was very responsive to questions! Highly recommend!!

Perfect Family Vacation

This was our first family beach vacation and we could not have picked a better spot to stay!! The condo is beautiful and location is ideal for hitting the beach. We arrived a little earlier than anticipated and were able to communicate with Indy the host and allowed to check in early. Speaking of communication, the communication with the host is by superb. The ocean breeze and balcony view for my morning coffee is something I’m missing, already. Perfect spot and we can’t wait to come back if we ever make it back to Pensacola Beach.

A View From the Top

We were here during a traditional "down" week for PB and that was certainly true during weekdays. The complex was very serene and quiet on these days and just the environment we were seeking out. It was far more lively on the weekends and undoubtedly more so during peak season. The unit is located in an ideal spot for watching the comings and goings of the wildlife activity in the bay and the pond. Indy has everything you'll need for the kitchen and great little touches throughout the condo. Maybe consider an additional small sofa or recliner as a replacement for the chair as it wasn't possible for more than one person to lounge in the living room and stretch out, however, we knew this before booking. This was absolutely one of the cleanest properties we've stayed in and that is very appreciated. The walk up upon arrival had us catching our breath (we're 58-64 y/o), but we would be completely open to staying in this unit in the future. A great week for us all around.

Amazing!!!

My sister and I had been talking about taking a trip for years, and finally decided to do it.. we looked for a week at so many different rentals on many different platforms, and nothing just seemed right whether it was the price or the location or the place itself. Then we come across this condo… we fell in love with the photos immediately and the price point was almost perfect for our budget! So we booked it right away. When we arrived, the condo was so much better than pictures could show. The location was AMAZING, the condo was clean and gorgeous, with more amenities than we expected, down to new toothbrushes with toothpaste. The beds, oh man… I have lower back issues, so sometimes sleeping on a new bed can leave me in pain, but not here! They were amazingly comfortable! The hosts themselves went above and beyond, she even put up with my daily questions about places to see or restaurants to eat at. When it came time to leave, it was difficult… we could’ve stayed forever! We have decided to make this a yearly trip for just the two of us, and will work our travel dates around when the condo will be available for us, because we don’t want to stay anywhere else!! Thank y’all for EVERYTHING!! You made our first trip to Pensacola, and her first beach trip, most memorable and just perfect!!
