Storage cages right outside your door. There is no unit on either side of your unit leaving you with a quiet space. Storage room window is on your patio as opposed to most of the other units that have their neighbor’s bathroom window on your patio. New air/heat unit. Close to the stairs, elevator, free laundry room, and guest bathroom.
