• No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on the property including apartment complex. The apartment complex has No Smoking rules as well. Because other tenants are smoking does not grant permission. We are providing housing through a corporate lease, being 100% compliant is imperative. No smoking, no littering cigarette butts, no rubbing out burning cigarette tips, no flicking cigarette ashes anywhere on property including apartment complex.
• No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts and the like.
• Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors.
• No Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm.
• If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
• We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.

Please note that the TV in this home does not include local channels or cable service. It is set up for streaming only. Guests are welcome to log in to their own streaming accounts (such as Netflix, etc.) during their stay and remember to log out before checkout

• FEES: Lost remote control (TV, Fan, A/C) will result in a $100 Charge
• FEES: Smoking of any kind will result in a $250 Charge
• FEES: Unapproved Late Check Out fees: Every hour after 11 am is an additional $50.
• FEES: $50 per night per person for each person that is not stated in the number of guests in your reservation. Please be completely transparent in your reservation so that you can avoid this issue.
