Small, quiet, one-bedroom apartment for 2-4 people (24 m²), located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), facing east with a beautiful mountain view.

This apartment includes a living room with a double sofa bed, television, and a fully equipped kitchenette (induction hob, oven and microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, raclette grill).

The living room opens onto a large 10 m² loggia with garden furniture.

One bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and bed rail, and a bathroom with toilet and washing machine.

The floor is covered with laminate flooring. Private parking.

Small pets allowed.

Security deposit: €250
Cleaning deposit: €70

Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before arrival:
