Welcome to Coco Bay Cottages, a collection of 3 cottages and 3 villas that stretches from the Atlantic Ocean front to protected Coco Bay. The Bali Hai Cottage is a charming remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath with AC to enhance your vacation. The master bedroom has a king size bed and it's own private bathroom. The second bedroom has two double beds. Note: Property has been newly renovated and is absolutely adorable!
This cottage also features a beautiful porch that looks right at Coco Bay and our private dock. Bali Hai is the best place on the island to take in the incredible sunsets. Centrally located on the grounds, both the ocean and the bay are your personal playground. Just a short golf cart ride you can enjoy the fresh water pool and a yummy lunch at the Green Turtle Club.
Coming by boat? No problem, we offer free dockage during your stay.
Comfortable rattan furnishings throughout, as well as flat-screen television, full stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and Starlink internet.

Where else on island can you watch the sunrise and the sunset without leaving the property.

Paradise

The house is situated between a beautiful beach on one side and boat dock on the other. It has two comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms with plenty of storage. Rex, the caretaker, is kind and helpful. We caught fish and lobster and cooked most nights. I always pack my Costco cooler bag as my “purse” on the plane with frozen cheese, butter, deli meat and steaks. It’s a true vacation- so peaceful.
