Water View-Walk In condo within Pointe Royale Golf Resort

View--all about the VIEW! Welcome to our newly remodeled condo located within the prestigious private resort of Pointe Royale. This walk in 2 bed, 2 bath unit sits right above hole #17 on the golf course, so enjoy a cup of coffee while watching the morning golfers. The view is truly wonderful over the two large ponds and you are greeted with it as soon as you walk in the condo!
Brand new carpet through out exception of baths & kitchen. The Kitchen has shaker white cabinets with granite countertops along with a full size washer and dryer. Keurig and regular coffee maker along with pots/pans to cook up your family meal.
This open floor plan has complete views of the water from kitchen, dining and living room area. Dining seats 4 along with 2 bar stools at island. Additional seating out on the patio.
Living room has a Laz-Boy queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress for added comfort. the Laz-Boy oversized recliner is also a rocker. Have a family movie night, for Smart Tv's are provided in living and both bedrooms.
Enjoy your evening watching the geese and ducks from your private patio that has ambient auto lighting when it gets dusk. You also have access to patio from the master bedroom also.
The king master features a pillow top Serta mattress and water views surround you. The extra linens for the sofa sleeper are found within the master closet. The master bath has ada ht toilet with shower/tub combo. This bath is accessible from master but also has an additional door so it can be accessed if you have extra guests staying with you in the living room.
Across the hall from the master is the second bedroom which has 2 queen pillow top Serta beds. This bedroom has a private tub/shower bath along with ada ht toilet. Perfect for extra family or for the kids to watch a movie on their own large smart tv.
This is a non-smoking condo that sleeps up to a maximum of 8 guests. Sorry, no pets allowed. No boat or trailer parking.
You have full access to all the resort amenities, including pools, tennis-basketball courts, 24 hour fitness center that are less then 200 yards away. There is Lakeside Park located within the resort that has a wonderful playground with BBQ grills and picnic benches for your use. Golf is not free, you will need to contact Pointe Royale Golf Clubhouse to set up your T-time. We look forward to serving you and excited to offer you another wonderful property!

Wonderful, quite place to stay in Branson!

Highly recommend staying at Pointe Royal, it was quite, not a far drive from all the activities and had wonderful amenities. Condo was perfect for our family, check in process was seamless and we had everything we needed right there! This is a must stay place!

Everything was as advertised. Top priorities for us are cleanliness and comfort level. 10/10 on the beds and cleanliness. We have stayed at the Point Royale in several different condos and this is our favorite so far. Great view and close to the clubhouse!

The condo was amazing!!! Our grandchildren and family loved it!!!! Perfect size, attention to detail was awesome and the owner was fantastic!!! The sunrise from the master bedroom is beautiful, along with pond view, ducks and geese. Perfect place close to town to create memories with your family or friends!!!!

Weekend Family Fun

We had the best weekend in Branson and this Condo gave us the perfect place to recharge our batteries for a weekend full of activities. We have two small grandchildren and was very pleased and comfortable letting them play throughout the clean house. The only thing missing according to my three year old grandson was a toy room!! Kids are funny and the condo was perfect!!!!

Disappointing Experience with Upsides

Our recent stay at this vacation rental was a mixed bag. The property boasted impressive amenities. However, several aspects fell short of expectations. Firstly, cleanliness was a concern upon arrival. The carpet was stained throughout and some surfaces and walls needed attention. Additionally, the rental living area itself was smaller than anticipated from the photos, which was a bit cramped for our group. Moreover, we encountered a few maintenance issues. The bathroom sink was clogged, bedroom tv being burned out, and some outlets didn't work. In addition, sloppy caulking, hinges being flopped sides on door jambs, also detracted from the overall experience. Despite these drawbacks, the amenities were a saving grace. The golf course, pool and fitness center were well-maintained and provided excellent leisure opportunities during our stay. The property's location was also convenient for accessing local attractions. In conclusion, while the vacation rental fell short in terms of cleanliness, size, and maintenance, the amenities offered redemption. With a bit more attention to upkeep and accurate portrayal of the space, this rental could be a more enjoyable choice for future guests.

Needs some tender loving care.

Nice and clean. The drawers were broken, toilet was loose and ran a lot. Keurig was broke. It would run than stop after a couple of ounces. View was nice. Neighbors were loud. All that being said, the area was nice.

Wonderful stay

Everything was wonderful. The condo was super clean and enough space for everyone to relax without feeling like we were on top of one another. The pool and hot tub were a great addition to our stay, my boys could have been there the entire time. Very peaceful atmosphere. Check in was also super easy. We will definitely be booking with this host again in the future.

We own several vacation properties in Branson and Pointe Royale for we love how well kept the resort is and all the amenities it provides our guests with. And this will be perfect for the family since there is an outdoor/indoor pool and clubhouse just 200 yds away from the front door. Beautiful water views of 2 large ponds plus over looking the 17th hole. All within a private gated safe community.
