Absolutely love this place! This is the second time we have stayed on this property. It’s secluded, quiet and peaceful. The front patio was screened in and was a lovely place to drink coffee, watch the sunrise and listen to the birds. The fire-pit outside was a great place to sit and enjoy the evening. All the wonders of enjoying the outside are close by. We will be back!

This was the perfect place for my son and his fishing team during the high school national tournament last week. The view was beautiful and the location was perfect.
The property is wonderful and exactly, if not more, than expected. Directions are detailed and easy to follow and the host responded very quickly in all correspondences. We really enjoyed the nature and scenic view from the screened porch.
This is an super adorable, clean, well stocked and serene get away place. The bed was comfortable and furnishings very cozy. The location provides amazing sunrises and if you hit it on a full moon you will be in awe. I didn't want to leave and expect to go back again someday.
Beautiful and serene. The property was immaculate, quiet, full of wildlife, and just what our family needed to get away from the fast paced lives we are used to living. The property was full of amenities making our stay super comfortable. Natalie was great with communication, even providing a little tip on how we could walk down to the river. The sunrise was stunning, in the evening the fireflies were out, our stay was perfect. We would 100% stay here again.
Beautiful view. Screened in porch. Comfy bed. Clean house. fire pit and fire wood is a lovely touch. Although we used this as a place to sleep near the local wedding venue, it would be an enjoyable and quite place to spend the day.
To his was our first VRBO stay and I was nervous about how everything would work but it was wonderful! The home was well off the highway so it felt secluded. There is one other tiny home beside it so we weren’t totally alone, but that was the only home you could see from the property. The home was very clean and well stocked and we had everything we needed. And the views were stunning!! I slept in the loft and loved seeing the sunrise over the lake/river in the mornings.
I was surprised by the nice restaurants and things to see in Chattanooga, which is the closest city, and we took several other day trips to the Smoky Mountains, Jack Daniels Distillery, and state parks while there. This property was a great home base for our trip!
My wife and I came with our two college aged kids. We had a lot of fun exploring the property and hanging out.
The house was clean and in great shape. We were able to create a wifi hotspot through or cell phone to stream movies at night.
We had an issue where the water went out for an hour or so. Nothing to do with the host. In fact, Natalie was very responsive and on top of the issue the moment I reached out. Turns out it was an issue with the city and we were back in business shortly thereafter.
We had a blast and wouldn't hesitate to stay again!
If you want to get away and above the grind of daily life, this is the property for you. This cozy house on a massive property will quite literally help you get above it all. Its comfortable and private. And if you like to sit on the deck with a cup of coffee and a great view while traveling, this will not disappoint.
Riverview Ranch found its home with the King Family in 2019, born from a shared love of nature and a longing to escape the rush of city life. What started as a weekend retreat for two families—simply a place to breathe, unwind, and reconnect—quickly became something far more meaningful: a sanctuary where hearts could slow down, families could grow closer, and the beauty of the natural world could be fully embraced.
Over time, that quiet escape sparked a dream—to make the ranch our permanent home. With determination, hard work, and countless blessings along the way, that dream became reality. The story of this land stretches far beyond our own. Its roots reach back to Native American heritage, it once ran wild as a horse farm, and for many years it thrived as a cattle ranch—a legacy we are proud to continue through our partnership with a local cattle farmer.
At Riverview Ranch, we honor the generations of farmers who came before us. Every acre, every animal, and every pasture carries a story of dedication, respect, and stewardship. Through our partnership with local farmers, we ensure the land and its animals are cared for naturally, sustainably, and humanely—while sharing the peace and beauty of this special place with all who visit. Riverview Ranch is more than a home—it’s a living story, a place to reconnect with family, friends, nature, and yourself. And we are grateful to share it with you!
