Charming, bright F2, on the 3rd and last floor of a quiet residence with a nice view of Clermont.
You will be located 15min walk from the city centre and the cathedral.
You will have small shops nearby: bakery, tobacconist, supermarket, pizzeria and pharmacy.
There is a bus stop at the foot of the building, and free parking spaces on the street.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
The residence also has a communal garden accessible
