Host communication excellent and responsive. View was spectacular, property could have benefitted from some updates (chairs on patio were cracked, bed incredibly squeaky, some lights not functional, one of the 2 elevators was broken leaving lengthy wait times to use the one remaining). Location was optimal for beach access or heading to the strand/pleasure pier/restaurants.

The room was very clean when we got there. The view of the beach was amazing. Communication with the host was great. Overall we were very impressed. I definitely recommend this room.

Perfect!! Right across from the ocean. Balcony was perfect for ocean watching. Just a walk across the street and your on the beach. Will stay here every time I visit Galveston. Beautiful place for a couple.

Not a full size fridge which was okay...no freezer... Asked in advance said stove worked it did not had to go get food after brought food to cook.not happy about that chairs outside on porch were falling apart. Don't care if old appliances just want them to work..hot tub was nice though..also no towels just towels that were made into swans which was nice..Was like a anniversary date but not quite.. would I stay again maybe if updated...

This was a pretty good property. Nice pool and property had decent upkeep. Only real complaint was that there was no way to keep ice in fridge as there was no freezer in it. Took us a little bit to understand the controls on the tub and the stove so a possible improvement would be to have laminated instructions for them. It was a really nice stay and the property staff were friendly and the room is well worth a return trip in the future.

It’s a super cute place, but definitely an efficiency type place. No full size refrigerator, therefore no place to store ice and no ice machine on the premisses, which was an inconvenience for us. The bed was super hard, which wasn’t super comfortable for us, but it might be to others. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.

The room was in a great location and view is to die for. However, there was hair in the bed, hair in the shower, a used tissue above the bathroom light, and a strange smell. We’re not picky because we knew we would hardly be in this room. If it was cleaner it would be a 10/10.

We had such a relaxing stay! The condo was spotless and well-equipped with all the essentials, thanks to the thoughtful owner. The ocean view from the unit was absolutely stunning—so beautiful, it almost made going down to the beach unnecessary. A perfect spot for a peaceful getaway.

Beach getaway -a short drive from Houston

We were grateful to find a last minute getaway for July 4th! The condo and the building are dated but it was clean and very conveniently located at the beach and walking distance to Walmart and some restaurants. Host was very responsive.

Its a great romantic getaway. The ocean view was exceptional and the host communicative when it came to my check in needs. My only recommendation is to clean the jets before using the tub. Im happy i knew to do this bc there was a bit of dirt. Other than that the stay was splendid.

It was the perfect size for just the two of us. The view was great, the bed was comfortable, the room was honestly better in person than the photos. My only complaint would be the room does get pretty warm but it is a beach front condo. Definitely recommend to any couples looking for an amazing and affordable stay.

Everything was as expected. Right next to everything. Only down side was the mattress on the bed. It is so soft you sink down in the mattress. Very uncomfortable after so long.

the property was dirty- I reached out to the host within an hour of arriving and did not hear back until my 3 day "stay " was over - ended up in a hotel for the entire stay because the bed was dirty - hair and what appeared to be fresh stains
