Our 70 m² apartment for 2-5 people in the basement has a living room with TV / TV, radio / hifi, sitting area and an extra bed on a sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. A baby bed, and a children's high chair are available. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, coffee machine, toaster, crockery / cutlery. The bathroom has a shower and toilet and on the terrace you can use garden furniture and a barbecue. Bed linen and tea towels are included. Lauterbach is Kurabgabepflichtig.

The apartment about 70m ² is located in the basement of a detached house with private entrance in a quiet residential area, about 800 meters from Lauterbacher harbor. Bicycles can be parked free of charge in a locked garage.
