Quick spring break trip

Place was great and in a excellent location. Quiet neighborhood and beach wasn’t crowded in this location. Would love to stay here again. JP was a pleasure to work with and prompt in all communications. 5 stars all day long.

Spring Break 2024!

I just love the Waterhouse complex. I have stayed here probably ten times, and I love everything about it. It’s quiet and low key. Great location on 30a near all the delicious restaurants without all the pretense of Seaside and Rosemary. You can sit on the beach with plenty of space, and it’s not 5 umbrellas deep. JP’s house was perfect for my family which includes 2 college age girls. The house is comfortable, the screened porch is a wonderful place to read a book, the kitchen is well equipped, and we enjoyed some of the board games after dinner. The heated pool is close by, and it is a short walk to the beach. If you don’t want to walk, the golf car is perfect to load up and park close to the private beach access. We picked JPs house bc of its location in the complex but it also comes with bikes and beach chairs… along with the golf car, which was super fun for the college kids. JP was very responsive and communications were easy. JP is an experienced host, and she can handle any house issue promptly and effectively. My family thoroughly enjoyed staying here for our spring break. I highly recommend booking with her!
