In the complex: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Shop, supermarket, shopping centre 10 m, restaurant 5 m, bus stop 500 m. Gondola lift 100 m, skisport facilities 50 m, ski rental 10 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Espace Killy 50 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Guarded residence. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Tignes le Lac.
3-room apartment 45 m2 on 2nd floor. Fully renovated in 2023, luxurious and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with TV, flat screen, radio, DVD and electric shutters. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with sliding door with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the terrace. 1 room, without window with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (NESSPRESSO) extra). Shower, sep. WC. Large balcony 10 m2, south facing position. Balcony furniture, deck chairs. Very beautiful panoramic view of the lake, the mountains and the ski run. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. WIFI / optical fiber, TV international, high quality beds, double glasses windows.
