Coach’s Sand Dollar is a ground-floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo located in the gated Heron’s Watch community in Seagrove Beach, near scenic Eastern Lake. This condo features an open floor plan with updated furnishings, stainless steel appliances, engineered hardwood floors, and a private patio. The ground-level location offers easy access with no stairs, making it a convenient choice for families and guests of all ages.

Guests are just steps from the community pool and can enjoy bikes included for easy rides to the beach and along Scenic Highway 30A.

Overall great time!

The property was great! Everything just as expected with the exception that the pillows and beds were not super comfortable - definitely bring your own pillow because the ones provided are hard and scratchy! Other than that we had a great time.

Nice location

The good / excellent: Location is good. Place was clean. We stayed 6 nights. Bikes supplied were great!! We rode them every morning! Not so good: Master bedroom bed is small and the mattress is old and slagging. We Slept in the spare bedroom.
