Everything was amazing! The villa was nicely decorated, beds were comfortable, walk to the beach was easy and not too far, the pools were beautiful and clean. And John was amazing as a host. Very communicative and helpful. Also, Violas Restaurant was really good. We pretty much ate there every night and had nothing bad! Service was great too!

Great place on the beach. The villa had anything you want…snorkeling gear, beach chairs, cooler, beach towels, etc…. Easy access to a variety of activities and a short taxi ride to downtown Nassau!

Great place to stay on Paradise Island. Everything we needed for the beach, was furnished in the condo. Beach chairs, cooler, towels, etc. The host was wonderful. And answered all questions promptly. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

The villa was as expected in a great location. The villa is well equipped and had everything you could possibly want, from the kitchen to beach items. John the owner was super helpful. Communication with him was great, and he made sure we were well taken care of. We would recommend this property.

We were in the Bahamas for a wedding. We did not have much time outside of travel and the event but the property was well situated so that we were able to walk to anything we needed or wanted to do. The complex is beautiful, with two lovely poots, lush vegetation and easy access to the beach. While we did not need to cook, the kitchen looked well stocked. The primary bathroom was spacious with a beautiful stained glass window in the shower. Check in was simple and the host was very prompt with communication.

Great location, beautiful beach, lovely sea view from the deck, lots and lots of gear to use on the beach and the kitchen is chock a block with tools, etc. Easy to walk to Marina Village for shops and restaurants; easy to walk to a grocery store and liquor store. Reindly, supportive host who lives in the condo complex.

This condo is absolutely fabulous. The view from the balcony is simply breathtaking. The condo itself it’s big and equipped with everything you can think of. I’ve been coming to the Bahamas for 30 years and have stayed in so many properties but this is by far. The absolute best that I’ve stayed in. John has done a great job with making sure everything that you will need is supplied from From beach chair, chairs, beach, umbrellas, beach towels, chair, covers, bath towel, towels, washcloths, extra bed linen and all the closets, fully equipped, kitchen, dishes, pots pans, coffee maker filtered water dispenser, which was my favorite by the way, full size washer dryer, soap, extra toilet paper, fully stocked spice rack, a knife block with sharp knives, no water pressure issues no hot water issues I mean, I could just go on and on and on and on about how wonderful this place is I even saw a nutcracker in the drawer lol. Jon I can’t thank you enough for an outstanding maintained property. We will definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful location. Good value for all of the amenities offered. Could use a good going through to discard broken utensils, appliances, etc. Drawers, cabinets and closets were full of past guest's belongings and/or supplies.

Perfect Spot in Paradise Island!

Our stay here was absolutely lovely. Comfortable accommodations, conveniently located directly on the beach with pools. The owner was great to work with and answered all of our questions. Will definitely be back!

Perfect Bahamas vacation

Sunrise Beach Villas was a perfect spot. Very peaceful and relaxing and super easy walk to Atlantis. Onsite Violas was great too! Villa was comfortable for 4 people.

Great alternative to Atlantis

We had a great stay at sunrise villas. It is located on a beautiful beach. Our condo was equipped with everything that we needed. John the host was very communicative. Would definitely recommend!

Great experience at this property. Host was very accommodating with transportation to/from the airport needs. The unit is very well equipped. We lacked for nothing during our stay. Short walk to Atlantis (less than 15 minutes). Great pools and lovely beach. We would book this particular unit again.

Family Vacation

The villa had everything we needed for a wonderful stay in the Bahamas. The beach was very nice and relaxing . There were 2 pools on site. The location was perfect as we were able to walk to different restaurants and to Atlantis. John was an excellent host. We would definitely rent unit 9A again on a return trip to the Bahamas.

We couldn’t have asked for anything more. The condo is decorated very nicely with a large table indoors as well as one on the patio overlooking the back pool and ocean. It is a very peaceful, non crowded community. Plenty of chairs at both pools with easy beach access. The surf is a little rough or at least was during our week there. We would walk a short distance and swim at a part that had a lifeguard in front of Riu or one of the other properties. We had one issue with the grill not working. By the time we got back it had already been replaced! This is clearly a very thoughtful property owner. John has thought of everything to make a stay comfortable including a backpack cooler and snorkel gear. The restaurant is a great option to grab quick and affordable pub type food the kids enjoyed. The villas are the perfect location to walk to Atlantis and into town. It is a safe feeling island and felt comfortable walking around at night. We look forward to returning as soon as we can.

Lovely villa

This property is a perfect family friendly place to stay that is close to all the activities. The condo was very comfortable and the grounds are beautifully landscaped. Staff are friendly and owner is easy to work with for arrangements to lease villa. Thanks for a wonderful vacation location.

We have designed these villas for relaxation and comfort. The environment is peaceful and ideal because of it's location next to Atlantis. Having a restaurant on site makes it very convenient. Perfect

Amazing, always available host. Wonderful villa with everything we needed. Location couldn’t have been better, access to a quiet area of the most beautiful beach and only 10 minute walk to marina and Atlantis with lots of restaurants. Highly recommend!
