Great spot - excellent location, and very comfortable
This condo was perfect for our stay in Jackson. The 3 Bedrooms were all super comfortable, and the location was great too. We would definitely stay here again.
Great stay, walk into town, short drives to many locations.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
Our stay was okay overall. We had a 1‑year‑old and a 5‑year‑old, and much of this review reflects traveling with little kids — if you don’t have young children, your experience may be different.Pros: The location is great. There’s a lovely park directly across the street, perfect for the kids, and downtown Jackson is an easy ten‑minute walk — much nicer than driving. It’s close to everything but still quiet, with no crowds near the property. The full‑size washer and dryer made laundry simple. One downstairs bedroom has a back door that opens to a shared grassy yard, which was wonderful for our youngest to crawl around.Cons: This is a two‑story condo, and with little kids it was very loud between floors — even whispering made naps difficult. We had seven people (five adults, two kids), and the condo felt too small for our group. Check‑in was confusing because the door didn’t have a number plaque like the neighboring units. I emailed the host with a non‑urgent question about the freestanding air conditioner and never received a reply, though phone calls were returned quickly. We also accidentally left a rented crib sheet behind, and despite multiple conversations, it was never recovered; all linens go to a warehouse after checkout.Overall, it wasn’t the best fit for our group, and next time I’d do a bit more research.

Hi Natalie,
Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughtful feedback. We’re pleased to hear you enjoyed the convenient location, nearby park, and quiet setting, though we’re sorry other aspects of your stay fell short of expectations.
We apologize for the confusion locating the unit. Because each home has its own physical address in addition to a unit number, we provide the physical address in the arrival instructions since it’s posted next to the front door. We understand how this could be confusing and will review our instructions and explore additional signage for future guests.
We’re also sorry to hear the layout and sound transfer were not the right fit for your family. While this is not feedback we commonly receive, some noise transfer is unfortunately inherent in this older building. Our listing also notes that this is a two-level home with the bedrooms on the lower level to help guests determine if the layout suits their needs.
We also apologize if any questions regarding the portable air conditioner went unanswered. Our records show all emails and texts were responded to promptly, though we regret if we overlooked one of your inquiries. Finally, we’re sorry your rented crib sheet was not recovered. Our housekeeping team thoroughly checks the home after each stay, and we regret that this item was not located.
We hope that, despite these issues, you were still able to enjoy your time in Jackson, and hope to welcome you back.
All the best,
The Outpost Crew
We stayed here in the summer and were able to get groceries for meals we wanted to make, walk to nearby places to eat, and get to all of the other activities that we were there for: mountain biking, exploring the Grand Tetons, and checking out the ski resort for future trips
Great place. Comfortable. Cozy. But hard to close the door all the way to get it to lock. Had to reposition the batteries. Then, it worked as long as you pull the door closed all the way & hold it tightly closed so it grabs. Heating is loud in the bathrooms. The bathroom A/C fan sounds like a loud engine when it is heating. Other than that it was great!
We had a very comfortable stay here. It was clean and provided everything we needed. The ease of communication was so appreciated. And it was great to be able to walk into town
I booked a fairly last minute Yellowstone adventure for my hubs and daughter and made the huge mistake of booking the best accommodations at the first stop! Outpost was comfy cozy and made every other stop after pale in comparison. Highly recommend!
