Our cozy detached holiday home in the 5 star Roompot Beach Resort welcomes up to six people and up to two four-legged friends.

On the ground floor you can relax in the spacious living room with leather sofa, German satellite TV and fireplace. A sliding door leads to the cozy winter garden. The dining area connects to the large open kitchen with dishwasher, oven, 4-burner gas cooker with extractor hood, microwave and other kitchen appliances. The bathroom with sauna, bathtub, shower and large sink is completely tiled. You will find the toilet in another room. A bedroom with two single beds completes the completely tiled basement.

Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a box spring double bed. From one of the bedrooms you have access to the beautiful roof terrace towards the harbor.
A travel cot and high chair are also available for our little guests.
You will find the washing machine in the store room.

The garden with a large, protected terrace with cozy garden furniture and a barbecue invites you to spend relaxing hours outdoors.

The beach of the Oosterschelde in approx. 300 meters distance is particularly suitable for small children, because it is very flat and the children can splash around in the water without having to fear that it is "steep" downhill. Due to the tides it is a nice activity to collect shells. The Beach House invites you to a small snack at lunchtime

The area with the Banjaard and Neeltje Jans round off the selection of beaches. City lovers will also get their money's worth thanks to the central location, with the beautiful towns of Veere, Middelburg, Domburg, Westkapelle, Renesse, Vlissingen etc., which can be reached in just a few minutes by car.

In the park itself you will find many leisure facilities (some for a fee) such as a subtropical swimming pool with wave pool, wellness and sauna, supermarket, bowling alley, billiards, indoor playground, several large and small outdoor playgrounds, trampoline, children's entertainment, bike rental, etc.
