Mountain Modern Family Home near Grand Targhee - Hot Tub

This gorgeous, recently renovated home is the ideal space for your next vacation to the beautiful Teton Valley! With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this inviting home is perfect for summer or winter getaways. And take a dip in the luxurious hot tub to unwind after a fun day of play!

Whether you want to get out and have an adventure, or would rather just cozy up for a night in, this exquisite house has everything you need to make your next vacation one to remember.

This home is located in the Creekside Meadows neighborhood. Our local HOA has a list of rules and regulations — you are required to adhere to these rules throughout your stay.

1. PARKING
- Street parking is not allowed
- All vehicles must be parked in a garage or driveway
- Cars parked in the street may be towed away by the City

2. PETS (NOTE: NO PETS ALLOWED AT THIS HOME)
- Dogs must be on a leash at all times
- No more than two dogs per home
- Dogs may not be left inside unattended
- Clean up all pet waste

3. QUIET HOURS
- 10 pm to 7 am

4. USE OF SNOWMOBILES, DIRT BIKES & ATVs PROHIBITED

5. OUTSIDE FIRES PROHIBITED
- Absolutely no fires or fire pits in picnic area or creek bottom areas.

6. OFFENSIVE ACTIVITIES PROHIBITED
- No noxious, annoying, offensive, or illegal activities are allowed.

7. TRASH
- Garbage trucks are in the neighborhood after 10 am on Thursday.
- Trash cans cannot be left on the street overnight

8. WILDLIFE PROTECTION
- Dogs must be on a leash
- No hunting or shooting of gun
- No feeding of wildlife
- Catch-and-release fishing only
- Fishing not allowed on Teton Creek until July 1, per Idaho F&G regulations

Our crew really enjoyed coming back to a place like this after a day on the slopes. This home was well stocked, with comfy furniture and beds. Our kids enjoyed playing in the upstairs TV/Bedroom. The hot tub was very clean, and we enjoyed hanging out on the large front porch (we had some warmer days). So close to town and 25 min to GT. GREAT value. Thanks, WYDAHO Properties.

Once again Driggs and Grand Targhee didn’t disappoint! Great property, just right for my family and the location was perfect for getting up the hill for first chair and running to the store to pick up that missing ingredient. We had a great time!

We loved the property and was were impressed with the decor. The only small thing was there was no A/C. It did get cool at night but for a family with outdoor allergies we struggled slightly. But otherwise perfect.

Convenient Location and Great Value

This place worked great for our annual family ski trip. It was easy to access to town and the mountain. Thank you for having two king beds! The Wydaho Roasting Co. coffee was amazing!! I’d say the only downfall was that it took the house quite awhile to warm up. When we showed up it was 60 degrees in the house and we couldn’t find any extra blankets, but by the first morning, it was fine. We enjoyed the place and made more memories for our annual family ski trip. It was a great value for the convenience and amenities.

Perfect for the commute to Grand Targhee & Driggs

Beautiful property, well stocked kitchen, linens, towels and bathroom supplies. Nice hot tub and easy access to Driggs and the rest of the valley. The only thing that is missing which was noted in other reviews is a toaster! Would come in handy, and if we get to stay here again we will donate one. Great communication with the host and simple check in process and nice electronic welcome info package. *****

Trip with cousins to the Grand Tetons

This property is beautiful! The little extra touches, shampoo, body wash, Kleenex, etc. made this place extra special. Only thing we could not find a toaster. Easy drive to the Tetons, close to down town. We happened upon a farmers market , which was fun. Good restaurants and some fun shopping in town. Truest enjoyed our stay here!!😊

Clean and Comfortable House in Driggs

This newly built house is located in a small, tidy development in Driggs, ID. Everything in the house is in new condition and pristine. The open floorplan is nice for socializing with family and it comfortably housed the 6 of us for 4 evenings. Perhaps because the house has not been rented to many guests, as yet, there are a few minor additions/adjustments that could be made (e.g., a toaster would be good and kitchen drawers better organized). But, overall, the house was well equipped to meet our needs.
