In winter, the Savoie Grand Revard ski resort is 18 km away. Shops and services are available year-round in Aix-les-Bains, 14 km away. A former barn, fully renovated with high-quality materials and tasteful decor. This cottage elegantly combines old-world charm with modern comfort. The exposed beams and stonework blend harmoniously with the spacious rooms, high ceilings, and metallic accents—all designed and crafted by the owner, a master metalworker by trade. The cottage is on two levels. Access via a staircase with 5 steps. Ground floor: living room/dining area/kitchen, 1 bedroom (2 single beds, 90x200 cm), separate toilet, bathroom (walk-in shower). Ground floor: bedroom with an open-concept bathtub and glass roof opening onto the living room (1 double bed, 180x200 cm). Gravel terrace, garden, and Nordic hot tub. Community parking 50 metres away.
