This is an ultra-modern apartment in a very secured and neat environment 10 minutes from the Kotoka Airport. This apartment comes with a massive hall that is fully furnished attached with a separate bedroom ensuite. It features an open concept kitchen that is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine (dry-clean), microwave, cutlery etc. It is not without a balcony with a panoramic view of the garden and city view.
