The picture of the house is deceptive. We also had many electrical issues in the house. The tap water was brown . The house was comfortable however and clean .

Exploring beautiful West Virginia, Virginia and Tennessee

The house was just as it was pictured and perfect for our group of 6 couples on motorcycles. It’s nothing fancy but it was immaculate and had everything our group needed for preparing meals in the kitchen and grilling out. We enjoyed the house immensely and the beauty of the area. There aren’t words enough to describe the area and the great roads for motorcyclists. We all loved the house and would recommend it to any group wanting to explore the area.Collin was a great host and easy to communicate with and the neighbors were so friendly.

Late Christmas Celebration

As a family of 15, this location was absolutely perfect for our late Christmas celebration. With bedrooms available on both levels it was acco.adating to all ages and with anyine who might struggle with stairs. Plenty of bathroom and shower space for a large group as well.

Absolutely loved the property!

It was as described and fit our needs perfectly. We are a group of 10 friends on an annual motorcycle trip, this time exploring southern WV and KY. Rain was expected the day of check in so I took a chance and asked if early check in was an option and thankfully it was. The sky's cleared and we were able to enjoy the fire pit for a few hours before turning in so that was an added bonus. James was the perfect host and communication was easy from the booking process to the follow up text to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Still so much left to explore so it is definitely on our places to revisit.

We enjoyed our stay at the house every thing was just as described my atv club mud buddies all really enjoyed themselves the house was nice and spacious everyone had their own room and dat master bedroom upstairs dat bed is OMG I want dat at home lol was curious to why only one TV but we definitely didn't let dat stop our good time would definitely recommend.

Great place!!!

We had everything we needed for our trip! Note, if on bikes, parking lot is gravel. If the lady next door is home, she may let you park there (but be a decent human and take her a plate of food at dinner if she does cuz she won’t take your money.) The owner was very prompt about replying to any of our questions. This is an old farmhouse and it has that feel to it! Very charming. Bring a hair dryer if you need one! Overall, a great experience!
