Brand new home in a quiet neighborhood, fully furnished throughout with upgraded appliances in the spacious kitchen. The kitchen is also equipped with some basics like spices and coffee accoutrements and a convenient store is within walking distance if you need to grab some other basic groceries for your stay. The home is beautifully decorated and provides a warm and homey atmosphere with a large living area as the main focal point upon entry. The master bedroom includes a spacious bathroom with walk in shower. Two additional bedrooms provide a cozy environment and share the second bathroom. The home also includes a full laundry room with washer and dryer for your convenience as well as a TV with Netflix, WiFi, AC and running hot water. The backyard is fully fenced and includes a porch with hammocks so you can enjoy a glass of wine or cocktail of your choosing while you enjoy your stay in beautiful Belmopan.
