- Two spacious bedrooms, each with a king bed and private bathroom.
- One king bedroom features its own private deck overlooking the river.
- An additional bedroom with two twin beds is located between the king bedrooms.

**Main Level:**
- Bedroom featuring two queen beds, beautiful river views, and a private bathroom.
- Spacious living and dining areas for gathering together.
- Convenient half bathroom.

**Lower Level:**

We had a great weekend at this house. It was perfect combination of relaxing on the deck, in the hot tub and playing games and then walking in to downtown Helen for Octoberfest! Our group loved this house and will definitely return.

We had a wonderful time! The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed! We had children with us and they loved the game room, playing the multiple board games, and splashing in the river. Karen was responsive and very helpful. A great place for any Helen get away!

The host is very nice and easy to communicate with. The house is nicely updated, decorated and very clean. Lots of space. We had fun playing the video games. So wonderful to enjoy sitting on the back deck and enjoy the sound of the river. Parking under a cover is a plus. We enjoyed walking to tubing, bingo, shopping and various restaurants. Thank you!

A perfect getaway! The house was spotless and in a great location. There was plenty of space for our entire group to relax and unwind. The kids and adults loved the game room/bar/tv set up, the hot tub and the river directly off the back steps. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend for families! The host was wonderful to work with, and everything went smoothly. 5/5 stars—we can't wait to come back!

This is a very clean & quiet location, right on the river. It's close, easy walking distance to everything. But it's just far enough away - away from most of the traffic. The host was very responsive and proactive. The decks & porches are great, the hot tub looked good but didn't use it. Beds, linens, towels pretty good. The kitchen is just what you'd expect with everything you'd need to cook multiple meals. We were there for business, 2 nights during the off-season. Definitely recommend this property.
