Poreč. The holiday flat is located on a 170 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn and flowers, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Holiday flat IST PAR 183 (5 persons) is located in the same house. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
