Fantastic experience- we loved having all the animals around and hearing the cow bells in the morning and evenings. The host is amazing. The fresh milk and eggs, as well as the bread you can order are so good!The town of Piding is very close (5 minute drive) and offers a few grocery stores and restaurants. It is an easy drive to Salzburg, Bad Reichenhall, and Berchtesgaden. The apartment was spacious and nice - it looked like everything had been recently built or renovated. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals if you bring groceries. Somehow, even the wireless internet is good despite being in the country. The real charm is in the farm setting. It's a great experience to get a little way out of the city and become part of the farm family.
