This property fit our family’s needs great! Plenty of room for our time spent in the condo! Most of our time was spent at the pool and docks!Only downside was VRBO showed a gas grill at the property and when we arrived we were informed that gas grills weren’t allowed any more. No biggie tho!

Beautiful Place to Stay!

Two friends and I stayed here over a weekend in November. We were on our annual shopping trip and enjoy renting a condo where we’ll be more comfortable. This place was beautiful and comfortable. There was plenty of room to relax after a long day of shopping. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. We would love to stay here again for our shopping trip next year.

Great Location, Clean Condo & Great Price

We just got back from a girls weekend at this condo and have nothing but wonderful things to say about it. The beds are comfy, its clean and the space was large enough to hold 10 girls VERY comfortably. We were all VERY happy with this space and would recommend to anyone. We will definitely be booking this spot again.

Ledges Loft Condo

it was a beautiful condo with a fantastic view of the lake from the deck and the master bedroom. It had all the comforts of home and the decore brought to mind a beach house. THere were board games to play and even a rainy day box in the closet. we had a very nice stay there.

Beautiful condo

We recently stayed in this condo for a long weekend. We have stayed at The Ledges multiple times in different condos, but I can wholeheartedly say that this was the absolute nicest one we’ve stayed in. Everything we could need was supplied, plenty of space, comfy beds, and the view from the oversized deck was amazing! Thank you for such an enjoyable experience!

Fall get away

We brought our parents to the Ozarks to celebrate their anniversary/birthdays! We had a great time. The condo was spacious and well stocked. Loved the gorgeous lake view from multiple rooms. The flight of stairs was hard for our parents (age 87, 89) but in fairness, we did know about the stairs prior to booking.

Perfect Thanksgiving?

I stayed here with my daughters, son in laws, and two grandkids for Thanksgiving! It was perfect! Plenty of room for the adults to relax and the kids to play! Never felt like we were on top of one another! I cooked the whole Thanksgiving dinner at the condo! Had everything we needed! Was such a fun great family get away! Great Lake view and location.

Very nice and had everything we needed. One of few properties that offered use of the woodturning fireplace. We used it twice and loved it. The lake view from the huge wrap around deck is spectacular and is not obstructed by docks. The price was very reasonable and value better than other ones I considered booking. The property owners were very timely in responding and friendly. Location and accessibility into property was great. Would definitely book this property or another with this owner in the future.

Great exchange between Condo Owner and myself, easy transaction, great and detailed instructions and directions. The condo is everything the listing description states and more. The wrap around deck provides an unbelievable view of the lake. The gas grill was an added plus! Three couples made this trip and it was spacious and provided privacy with each having their own rooms. This will definitely come here again!

A very pretty, roomy condo with an amazing sunset view of the lake!

The condo is very pretty, comfortable, and roomy! The kitchen is fully furnished, crockpot, baking pans, blender, etc., and the dining area and great room are very spacious. The beds are super comfortable and our grandkids used their huge air mattress. We enjoyed the large deck by drinking our coffee there in the morning or watching the beautiful sunset on the lake. We rented a boat just a few miles away at Aqua Toys and played games each night on the dining table. Owners are very nice and helpful, and their place is very clean! We would rent again easily!

Paradise for Sure!

Another AWESOME stay at Sun Set Paradise!! Loved all the updates! New beds, fantastic walk in shower and soaking tub in the master suite and even a new dishwasher in the kitchen! The view is always breathtaking no matter what time of the year we visit. This is truly our home away from home! Close to activities and restaurants and just in case you want to eat in, grocery stores are close also. Welcome to our condos from Pete and Sharen DeRose, who are crazy about lake living! We make our primary home in a northern suburb of Chicago. You ask, how did we end up 7 ½ hours away from our Osage Beach Vacation condos? We had been enjoying our 27 ft. boat, along with our 3 children, for several years on Lake Michigan. Our children enjoyed tubing, water skiing and wake boarding however, we realized we needed to find a new home for our boat as the season in Northern Il. is so short. Lake Michigan waters are quite cold in the summer and the conditions of the lake can turn on a dime resulting in rough waters.

We stumbled upon Lake of the Ozarks, with a special offer visit to the Tan-Tar-Resort for a Spring Break get away. We absolutely fell in love with the expansiveness of Lake of the Ozarks, the beauty of the Missouri bluffs, the warmth of the lake and the stunning sunsets. For those reasons, 8 years ago we turned south and decided to make Osage Beach, Mo. the new home for our boat. We purchased our first condo along with the boat slip and decided to rent it out so others could have the same wonderful experiences. I have enjoyed the challenge of making this vacation home a warm, relaxing and fun experience, that it evolved into two vacation homes that have become our pride and joy!

We love that after a long day of watersports on Lake of the Ozarks we can duck into one of the many bars and restaurants situated around the Lake. Our favorite one is the Red Head Yatch, just around the cove waters from the Ledges compex. one has the choice of upstairs dining for a more intimate experience or relax and snack in the swim up bar on the deck.

I love decorating and searching for new ways to improve the amenities we extend to our guests. I am very committed to transforming these condos into hotel like experiences
