- Absolutely no parties permitted in the condo.
- Any noise complaints from the unit are subject to a fine of $500 issued by the property management company.
- Damaged linens such as self-tanner/makeup/blood/hair dye are subject to replacement costs.
- This is stated in the Rental Agreement, requiring a signature.
Take note of the damage deposit, this will be automatically refunded 7 days after check out.
