Enjoy this recently updated all brick home with large fenced in backyard. Located on a quite residential street near the University of South Carolina, Columbia Metropolitan Airport, Lexington Medical Center, Riverbanks Zoo, WeCo, Vista and so much more!

The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with TV. An office including twin daybed is located in the front of the house with a desk great productivity. Inside the living room you’ll enjoy the large couch along with a La-Z-Boy recliner and 55” smart TV including several streaming service along with high speed WiFi. The updated kitchen is fully stocked and you can enjoy meals in the large formal dining room or eat in alongside a coffee station. A rear patio with seating overlooks the large private fenced in backyard great for families.
