Newer flooring and 3 smart TV's with Cable. Nicely furnished, fully equipped with all you need to enjoy beautiful Florida. This unit is located in a 24 hour Security in a gated community.
Walking distance to the pool across from the unit as well as the clubhouse that features a large main pool, hot tub, fitness room & dining. Clubhouse offers many social events. Conveniently located with ONLY a 20 minute drive to both Naples, Marco Island beaches and ONLY 15 mins to downtown Naples.
