The property offers one of the largest sleeping arrangements in our area! (6) total bedrooms, (12) beds, comfortable sleep for 22! (5) bathrooms, a massive game room and a cozy movie theater for 12. All split between (3) floors offering comfort and privacy for the entire trip!

Our house is located in a very quite street with very few homes which will provide a quiet and peaceful stay for you and your family!

You will be very close to the main town of Oakhurst, where you can buy all of your needs for the stay. Yet, the property is very close to Yosemite and Bass Lake. The property is 16 miles from The South Gate of Yosemite and 20 minutes away from Bass Lake.

If traveling to our area in the winter, please prepare your vehicle and yourself for potential snowy conditions!.

There are multiple external facing security cameras on the premises. These cameras face the entrance points of the home.
No smoking or vaping allowed inside the home.
Smoking is only allowed outside, and all butts must be completely put out and picked up.
Quite time after 10pm.
No inside towels to be used outside.
Please do not go beyond our fences into the neighbor's property.

This place is great! Very clean, lot's of cooking amenities, ping pong and pool was fun, but missing darts for the dartboard. Having 2 kitchens was a game changer and big tables for everyone to sit was ideal, perfect for big groups.

This property was perfect for our group of 20. The kitchens were fully stocked for us to cook meals, and the home has lots of games and activities. We had a great time! The house was much bigger than the photos on line. We were pleasantly surprised. Yosemite entrance was about 20 mins from the house. We also had a great day on Bass lake. We rented a boat for the day.

This place is so beautiful. There is so much room. I can't describe how awesome this house is. We had no problems with the owner. He was always quickly responsive to any of my questions. The house is far enough from town that you feel like you are in the woods, and yet there is a Vons and a Raileys right down the street. We enjoyed the farmers market on Thursday. We were disappointed to not have the time to stay longer

Didn’t want to leave

Our multigenerational family group had a great time here, there was plenty of room for everyone to play, cook and eat. Mostly importantly everyone slept very well, the beds are very comfortable. The only thing was that the top floor got pretty warm during the heat wave and the AC didn’t cool that portion of the house very well. Fortunately the kids slept fine on the couches downstairs.

Bollinger Villa

Beautiful home with lots of amenities to host large groups of people. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. We were planning on using some of the games but unfortunately darts and ping pong accessories were broken. Also some parts of the home were pretty dark because quite a few light bulbs were burnt out. Other than that my group had a great time and this was a great base for our Yosemite adventures.

Family Summer Vacation

House was perfect for our size of family. Lots of games to keeps the kid/teens busy. Darts were broken but we went to Big 5 nearby to buy some so was all good. The location of the home in Oakhurst was near stores and restaurants but in a neighborhood with seniors so they complained about our music being to loud at 8:30pm. If you plan to have a party just know it can’t go past 8:30pm outside otherwise the neighbor will complain. Other than that my family had a good, relaxing time at this home and bass lake.

A very large game room and living room with large TV is on the bottom floor for everyone to enjoy. Everything from Ping Pong to Pool and darts.

You will find something to do here regardless of your age :)
