Very clean, close to Broadway, ease of access in and out. We did have a few issues with the ac not working, but it was addressed very promptly. Overall great experience. Would definitely stay here again.
Place was great! Perfect size for our crew! Walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. On site parking was a plus! Mangers were quick to response to any and all questions we had!! Would definite stay here again!!
Overall, the place has incredible modern furnished room and is “cool” place in a great part of town. We had some minor maintenance issues with two of the AC units and a sink that would not drain but the property management team was responsive and worked to resolved the issues. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
We had a great time. The only complaints we had was the front door not closing right and some of the AC units are starting to make a lot of noise. We liked the property, location and the price. Thank you
This property was located in a great location, right next door to a great pizza place and the station Inn. You could walk to downtown within 20 minutes. I just wish they had had a place for us to store our luggage since we arrived early in the morning
Overall an ok stay. However it does not sleep nearly as many as advertised. The rooms and individual bathrooms are spacious, beds are comfortable. But lighting throughout the unit is suboptimal and the living room space is quite meager. and dark. There is little daylight access. The response from hosts felt AI chat-botty. Access to the loop is fantastic.
The property is absolutely perfect for 4 couples. Plenty of room and a perfect location. Close to so many restaurants and 1 mile easy walk to Broadway. Easy parking, easy check-in, and quick responses from the host. There is a room that you do not have access to labeled "employees only" and at 7AM both mornings we were there, someone was blasting music in there and there was a continual loud thud. There was a pizza shop next door so I'm not sure if it was coming from their employees, but it was enough to wake up everyone in the hotel.
Beautiful property in a great location but the building was ice cold when we arrived. No central heat. There are space heaters in each room, so they clearly know there’s a problem, but the front door has a draft, the ceilings are super high, thus trapping all the heat, and the floors are concrete. The space heaters couldn’t keep up with the size of the building. Many of our guests had to sleep in scarves and gloves and multiple layers. Had to pack back up and find a hotel the next night instead of enjoying our time in Nashville. The two coffee makers on site did not work. It was a less than perfect stay. Get an actual hotel. The one redeeming quality is that the staff that we interacted with including the maintenance team, were very polite. However, property management has some work to do. Still waiting to hear back about a refund because we couldn’t cancel in the app due to having been already checked in. VRBO support wasn’t much help either as they told me to reach out to the host for a refund. Save yourself the headache and find somewhere else to stay.

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in
Great location, funky space
Things we liked
*All 4 rooms are great. Beds and bathrooms are very nice.
*The Gulch location.
Things we didn’t like
*The public space when entering from the street. A code gets you into a small, dark area with a side door to the restaurant (which we aren’t supposed to use), a spiral staircase to the restaurant rooftop, the hotel office and the door into 404. It’s clumsy as you’re dodging restaurant deliveries and employees.
*Room #2 in the 404
is designated as “Employees Only” but it appears to be part of the restaurant. We heard people in there every day which was no big deal until our final morning. Room 4 shares a wall and the people in Room 2 were EXTREMELY loud at 7am. We knocked on the door to ask them to keep it down but they never responded and just kept the noise going.
*One teeny travel iron hidden under a sink in the common area is not effective when 4 rooms have 8 people in them.
Other things:
*The common area is nice have but too small if you have full occupancy.
*This property is more like a hotel than a typical residence. There are both pros and cons depending on your situation.
Overall
Good price for the location.
Really need to work out a better agreement with restaurant.
