Close to I-30 access Freeway which can get you quickly around the Dallas Fort worth Area. Home is Newly remodeled and furnished with Modern amenities including WIFI, Smart tv(Roku) and washer/ Dryer plus all kitchen appliances. Does not include garage and is a separate studio with no access to house or backyard.
