in the 5th This chic and modern top floor apartment with a large roof terrace is located on the first floor above the roofs of Magdeburg. (No elevator)
The apartment is fully furnished with "Pott + Pann", bedding, towels, hair dryer, iron, coffee / espresso machine, washing machine, TV with Amazon Fire Stick, grill etc.


A master bedroom and a single room (1 bed) with a desk.
In addition, 2 new baby beds (foldable) with quality mattresses, changing mat, mosquito protection and children / baby chair are available.

In the living room there is another possibility to stay overnight.

Kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee / tea maker, toaster, etc.

Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich. Hat alles gut geklappt. Die Wohnung war sehr gut für uns. Auch unseren kleinen Hund durften wir mitbringen. Es sind allerdings sehr viele Stufen bis nach oben. Aber naja, ist halt Dachgeschoß. Wir haben uns auf jeden Fall sehr wohl gefühlt.

La ville de Magdebourg est très agréable, l’appartement est bien agencé, remarquablement meublé et décoré, rien ne manque, la terrasse est accueillante, on se sent immédiatement chez soi. Tout est d’une propreté absolue, et on est très bien accueilli, on en oublie les cinq étages ...Les commerces sont à proximité, le centre-ville (excellent glacier) à quinze minutes, c’est idéal.

Wir senden liebe Grüße nach Magdeburg und bedanken uns für den Aufenthalt in der sehr gut ausgestatteten und großräumigen Ferienwohnung. Der Aufstieg zur Wohnung ist sportlich, aber durchaus machbar. Belohnt wird man mit einem herrlichen Blick über die Dächer der Stadt einschließlich Sonnenuntergang.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit überdurchschnittlicher Ausstattung. Etwas Kondition sollte man haben, die Wohnung liegt im der 5. Etage - Aufzug ist nicht vorhanden. Einen Parkplatz vorm Haus haben wir immer gefunden.

Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht, für zwei oder drei Personen optimal. Die Lage ist wunderbar zentral gelegen, dadurch aber leider nicht ruhig. Die Dachterrasse ist super! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Wohnung mit kleiner Dachterrasse. Ausstattung zum Kochen etc. umfangreich, Sauberkeit top. Innenstadt innerhalb von ca. 20 min problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkplatz ist entweder vor dem Haus oder gegenüber in einer Seitenstraße auf jeden Fall zu bekommen.

Gute Adresse um Magdeburg zu erkunden

Alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Super ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Nett eingerichtet, wirklich toll. Lediglich die Betten waren unserer Meinung nicht mehr Opti. Das eine Straßenbahn vor der Straße fährt hat uns nicht so gestört, ist eben so. Die Treppe muss man als sportliche Übung nehmen, ist ja auch gut für die Gesundheit. Wir haben uns, bis auf die Betten, wohlgefühlt.
