This bi-level 29/30th floor apartment is wonderfully spacious and is flooded with sunlight by day, thanks to its 2 story floor-to-ceiling windows looking out across the city all the way to the Rio de la Plata. The unobstructed views of the city and skyline are equally dramatic by night. Each room features a panoramic view of the city, the Rio de la Plata and on to Uruguay.

The host was very welcoming. He had a prepared list of restaurants in the city and neighborhood. I mentioned that I planned to work from home and he bought a new printer. The apartment was beautiful and comfortably furnished. The views and terrace were spectacular. The amenities in the building were excellent with a large lap pool and well equipped gym. The property management team was very helpful and attentive. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend this beautiful condo. It’s so well managed with great communication leading up to our stay and the host met us as scheduled for a tour and to get all instructions. The condo has an incredible view, all the amenities you’d need and the location is perfect for wandering out for food or catching an uber to explore other further neighbourhoods. The beds were comfy, the condo was very clean and we would stay here again. The only note that I didn’t realize was laundry is in the basement of the condo and requires tokens and soap to be purchased from a neighbourhood store. We were too busy to do all that so made due without. Didn’t impact our stay but sharing in case that’s important info for a future renter. Again really great host and such a treat to stay here.

The apartment speaks for itself and is spectacular. But what made our trip even better was the staff, Andres, Emmanuel and Marcellas. Not that we needed them much but they did check you in and very kindly kept our luggage in their office after we checked out on the last day and weren’t going to the airport till 5 PM. Our Internet went out for a bit which happens and they fixed it quickly. They’re in the building so they’re available if you need them, and they don’t bug you if you don’t.

The communication with the property owner was great & made it very easy for the check in process.The neighborhood was clean and safe for walking to near by restaurants.The only “knock”, and there’s nothing that the owners can do, is that the gym is above you and there’s some banging in the morning from weights.I still give it a 10 out of 10 be side everything else was spectacular!

Great place to stay in Buenos Aires

Everything about this property was great. It has a beautiful view of the city that changes throughout the day. The amenities are good with a workout room and 25 meter pool. The staff and owner bent over backwards to make sure we had a fun stay. Finally, the location in Palermo is in the middle of a nice/safe neighborhood. We had a fantastic trip to BA and would stay in this apt again.

This condo is amazing and not just for the wonderful, picturesque views you get from sunrise to sunset. It is centrally located in Palermo which is central to all tourist attractions in Buenos Aires. The check in was a breeze with Manuel who met us at the property and explained all the features in the condo and left us with a contact number in case we needed any assistance. Everyone in our party enjoyed the condo and we would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to visit the beautiful city of Buenos Aires.

Great Apartment Near Palermo Soho

Had a great experience with this owner and his employees both before and during the trip. Any questions we had were answered quickly. The apartment is very secure. They recommended an exchange a couple blocks away for changing USD to pesos very close to the dolar blue rate. We walked from the apartment most of the time, but Uber was also very reasonable around Palermo Soho. Usually less than 1000 pesos. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Best for Business Travel

We had meetings in Buenos Aries over the course of a week and I wanted to have my wife join us as well. This property is the best, by far, to combine the comfort of a special center city condo and all the tools needed to stay in touch with international business I have ever stayed in. It really has two master bedrooms and I can't tell you which one is nicer. The only "surprise" was that this is a very new upscale building so expect a few unfinished touches around the property but not in the apartment. It is perfect. If you are in the area for any reason, I strongly recommend this property.

After numerous trips back to enjoy the fine food, wine and people, we decided to purchase an apartment in 2005. At that time it was it was in the planning stages and in late 2009 we took possession. We have enjoyed bringing the apartment to life. We hope you will enjoy this great city as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

Buenos Aires is a fantastic city and we were especially drawn to the Palermo area. It's tree lined streets with an abundance of cafes/restaurants/shops make it a strollers paradise. Two blocks from the building is Plaza Italia - a major transportation center with easy access to the entire city. It was on one of these strolls we happened upon the planned building in 2005 - - loving the area, and envisioning what the views would be from the 29th/30th floors we purchased our apartment.
