Excellent communication and an excellent property. This rental is in the perfect location to both walk to restaurants or find a ride anywhere in the city. Emanuel was awesome and I would highly recommend this well appointed accommodation.

We had a wonderful experience staying here during our visit to Buenos Aires! The apartment has a beautiful view, and the location is fantastic—within easy walking distance of Palermo’s many cafés, restaurants, and shops. The management company was also very helpful and responsive, taking care of all the details and making everything easy throughout our stay. It was a comfortable and convenient home base for exploring the city. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

The host was very welcoming. He had a prepared list of restaurants in the city and neighborhood. I mentioned that I planned to work from home and he bought a new printer. The apartment was beautiful and comfortably furnished. The views and terrace were spectacular. The amenities in the building were excellent with a large lap pool and well equipped gym. The property management team was very helpful and attentive. Highly recommend.

Our group really enjoyed our 4 night stay. Great location. Beautiful penthouse apartment with an incredible views of the city from inside and outside on the deck. Very helpful and accommodating management staff made check in and out a breeze. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Excellent Stay

Stayed here for five weeks and it was a delight. Apartment is beautiful and comfortable and located in an amazing neighborhood. So much to see, and do throughout the immediate neighborhood and all of Buenos Aires. Communication with the host was excellent and the on site folks were so responsive and helpful. Truly a gem of a property.

Beautiful Penthouse

The location was perfect and the view from the unit is incredible. The apartment manager Andres and the owner Alan went above and beyond with communication and making sure that we were happy with our stay. Had a wonderful time on our vacation!

Absolutely fantastic unit in a great location

We could not have been happier with this great apartment. The terrace and all the glass was incredible - views for miles! It was also well appointed and perfectly clean. Owner sent us some detailed and helpful info ahead of our stay and apartment management team was lovely at check in as well. Fabulous walkable location too.

Fantastic Property

Great property! Better than any five star hotel! Highly recommend this place. The owner sent me a personal email telling me about the exchange rate, great restaurants, and things to do. The person on site that greeted us and explained the property was wonderful. The whole experience was awesome.

Absolutely loved our stay at this property. Everything is as pictured and outlined in the listing. Clean, well-equipped, good security and fabulous location/convenience to shopping, attractions, transportation options etc. Management staff on-site helpful and quick to respond if any concerns or questions. Outside patio was fabulous with great views! Pool on ground level for lounging or lap swimming was another added bonus.

Amazing apartment from which to headquarter you trip to BA.

Amazing property in Old Palermo. The view of BA id spectacular ftom all points. Very easy checkin process. Emanuel took the time to make he showed us how everything works. Everything worked perfectly. The apartment was spotless. From booking through check put the team really ensured we were happy and dafe. Perfect 4 days.

Beautiful apartment with an amazing location! The communication with the property owner was great & made it very easy for the check in process.The neighborhood was clean and safe for walking to near by restaurants.The only “knock”, and there’s nothing that the owners can do, is that the gym is above you and there’s some banging in the morning from weights.I still give it a 10 out of 10 be side everything else was spectacular!

Amazing penthouse

This penthouse us beyond amazing. What a view, great location, superb apartment. The owner is fantastic, the booking procedure as well as information before arrival and email contact could not be better. The apartment speaks for itself and is spectacular. But what made our trip even better was the staff, Andres, Emmanuel and Marcellas. Not that we needed them much but they did check you in and very kindly kept our luggage in their office after we checked out on the last day and weren’t going to the airport till 5 PM. Our Internet went out for a bit which happens and they fixed it quickly. They’re in the building so they’re available if you need them, and they don’t bug you if you don’t.

PERFECTO

This condo is amazing and not just for the wonderful, picturesque views you get from sunrise to sunset. It is centrally located in Palermo which is central to all tourist attractions in Buenos Aires. The check in was a breeze with Manuel who met us at the property and explained all the features in the condo and left us with a contact number in case we needed any assistance. Everyone in our party enjoyed the condo and we would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to visit the beautiful city of Buenos Aires.
