Die 100qm Wohnung bietet mit zwei Doppelbetten, zwei Einzelbetten und einer Schlafcouch, Platz für bis zu 9 Personen. Es verfügt über einen überdachten Balkon, hauseigene Parkplätze, einer Fußbodenheizung und einer Waschmaschine mit Trockner. Unser Haus liegt sehr ruhig am Ortsrand von Nammering im herrlichen Dreiburgenland (Fürstenstein - Engelburg - Saldenburg) 25 Km nördlich von der Dreiflüssestadt Passau mit seinen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Herrliche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten im Bayerischen - Wald, nach Österreich aber auch nach Tschechien sorgen für ein abwechslungsreiches Programm und lassen keine Langeweile aufkommen. In der näheren Umgebung von max. 6 Km befinden sich: - Bahntrassen - Fahrradweg - Museumsdorf Bayerischer - Wald - Kurbad - Sonnentherme Eging am See - Dreiburgensee in Rothau/ Tittling - Rohrbachstausee in Eging am See - Mehrere Freibäder und Hallenbäder - Pullmann City die lebende Westernstadt in Eging am See.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und geräumig. Vor allem die zweite Toilette ist sehr angenehm. Die weiteren Schlafzimmer waren abgeschlossen, was aber bei einer Belegung mit 2 Personen verständlich ist.Wenn man sie mit mehr als 5 Erwachsenen belegen würde, könnte es aber etwas eng im Wohnbereich werden.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auch die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und helfen bei Fragen gerne weiter.

Sehr schön

Wir waren leider nur eine Woche. Die Ferienwohnung 1 im Dachgeschoss bietet alles was man braucht. Lediglich mit den Dachschrägen hatten wir öfters Kontakt:-). Auch sind sehr schöne Ausflugsziele in der Nähe. Passau ist nur 30 Minuten entfernt.
