80qm große Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss oberhalb des Ortes Lam. Sie liegt im Ortsteil Buchet in Südhanglage. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit einem Doppelbett. Von dort aus befindet sich ein angeschlossenes Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit einem Essbereich, Spülmaschine, Backofen, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine und Mikrowelle. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Stereo-Set und ein Sat-Flat-TV. Es sind zwei Badezimmer (mit Dusche und WC) vorhanden. Die Ferienwohnung besitzt eine Sonnenterrasse und einen direkten Zugang zum Garten. Auf Wunsch und gegen Gebühr gibt es die Möglichkeit der Benutzung eines Solariums in der Unterkunft. Es ist außerdem möglich durch Zustellbetten weitere Gäste unterzubringen. Handtücher, Tisch- und Küchenwäsche, WLAN- Nutzung, Waschmaschinennutzung, Kleinkindausstattung und Parkmöglichkeiten vor der Wohnung sind im Grundpreis enthalten.
