Pensacola Beach with deck views of the Gulf .Pet friendly ..

Wonderful beach house in gated community of Santa Rosa Villas Estates with views of the Gulf from the second and third level decks. The top floor has a primary king bedroom and bath as well as a daybed with 2 twin mattresses in the bonus room space off the shared vanity space and a second queen bedroom. Both rooms have views of the gulf from your bed and deck. The main level has a queen bedroom, and another bedroom with an additional king trundle and twin Murphy bed and main bathroom and living space as well as large well equipped kitchen with 2 dining areas and breakfast bar. There is also an additional queen sofa sleeper w/Serta gel mattress in the living area. The garage is equipped with beach carts, coolers, bicycles, pool and beach toys and beach chairs. There is a pack n play, walker and safety gates in as well for even the smallest beach goer. Follow the beach path just steps away from the beautiful Gulf or visit the private soundside exclusive to the neighborhood where the beach and calmer waters are great for smaller children and also includes a private fishing pier. Guests agree to the guest rental agreement when the reservation is booked. Community pool just one house away. Pet friendly with pet fee.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out procedures for your departure by 10 am are as follows. Please empty all food out of the refrigerator. If you have anything unopened and wish to leave to be donated please leave
Please empty all trash cans and put all trash in green garbage cans. Recyclables go in the tan can. If you have a pet please make sure all pet waste is double bagged and put in green trash cans.
Beds linens can be left on beds and will be removed and washed by housekeeping. extra charge of $75 issued per bed for urine stains All dirty towels should be left in the laundry baskets provided
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Neighborhood has enforced quiet times 10 pm - 9 am Neighborhood does not allow towels or anything else to be hung on the deck railings
Pets must be on a lease at all times and all waste must be picked up Failure to do so will result in additional fees
No parties, spring breakers or outside guests are allowed in or on the property. Maximum guests are 12 NO SMOKING is allowed No fireworks
