Heile Welt - High-quality furnished vacation apartment with castle view

We have a brand new 63 sqm ground floor apartment with a view from the terrace of Neuschwanstein Castle. The apartment has been completely renovated and is particularly high quality with wooden floors, wooden doors and natural stone floors. Most of the furniture in the apartment was made by local carpenters. The apartment is very centrally located, very close to the center of the village.

The open kitchen with dining area is equipped with a comfortable corner bench and 2 chairs. In the living room there is a two-seater sofa, a reading armchair, flat LED TV with satellite reception and a DAB radio with Bluetooth, connection option for external devices. In the daylight bathroom there is a bathtub, shower, sink, toilet and a hair dryer. Garden furniture with seat covers is available for the outside area of the terrace. There is also an underground parking space available.

It is a non-smoking apartment.

Perfect location to visit the castles in Schwangau

We had a very Nice and comfortable stay at this fully equiped house. The castles in Schwangau can be reached walking within one hour, or by bus in ten minutes.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit einer Top- Ausstattung,Tolle Möbel und Einrichtung. Ich habe mich von der ersten Sekunde an wohl gefühlt, Zusätzlich hat die Wohnung eine sehr gute Lage. Auch die Infos und der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter waren großartig!!! Ich kann die " heile Welt" nur Weiterempfehlen!!!

Tolle Wohnung in Schwangau

Tolle Lage für wunderschöne Ausflüge vor allem mit Fahrrädern, Garten klein, Sicht zum Schloss Neuschwanstein möglich, leider zugewachsen. Schlüssel Übergabe recht umständlich, sonst alles gut, sehr schöne Wohnung!

We hebben het heerlijk gehad in het huis en genoten van de omgeving.Het huis ligt niet aan de doorgaande weg en heeft alles. De verbindingen met de bus zijn prima. Ook zonder auto dus goed te doen. De wandeltochten zijn geweldig om te doen.

Eine wunderschöne gemütliche und geräumige Ferienwohnung mit super Ausblick von der Terrasse auf Schloss Neuschwanstein. Das parken ist etwas sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig in der Tiefgarage, da sie sehr klein und eng ist und für größere Fahrzeuge fast schon zu klein ist. Aber ein geübter Fahrer bekommt das hin. Ansonsten aber eine sehr schöne Wohnung welche nur zu empfehlen ist.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Zudem ist sie sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. In der Umgebung befinden sich fußläufig mehrere Restaurants und Gaststätten. Zudem ist man umgeben von schöner Natur und sehr zentral zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Entspanntes einchecken und positive Atmosphäre. Super ausgestattete Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Auch Gesellschaftsspiele und alle möglichen alltagshelfer. Super Ausblick von der Terrasse auf neu Schwanstein. Einzig die Tiefgarage erfordert mit größeren Fahrzeug ein bisschen Übung :)

Genau so haben wir uns die Ferienwohnung vorgestellt - mit kleinen Verbesserungspotenzial

Bis auf die Sitzmöglichkeit auf dem Sofa gibt es aus unser Sicht keine Optimierungsmöglichkeit in der Wohnung. Die Nutzung des Tiefgaragenplatzes ist für Kurznutzer gewöhnungsbedürftig, da Platz fehlt. Nur konzentriertes Manöverieren beim Einparken und Ein- und Ausfahren in die. Tiefgarage verhindern Fahrzeug- und Gebäudeschäden.

Ganz tolle Wohnung!

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung wie Zuhause gefühlt. Die Sauberkeit ist einwandfrei und die Einrichtung sehr schön und total gemütlich. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, Supermarkt, Restaurants und Bäcker sind in der direkten Umgebung. Den Schlüssel mussten wir bei einem anderen Hotel abholen, wo die Mitarbeiter leider sehr unfreundlich waren. Um die Wäschegebühr und Kurtaxe zu zahlen muss man extra nach Füssen fahren, es wäre schöner, wenn man dies direkt beim Check-In bezahlen könnte. Ansonsten können wir die Ferienwohnung wirklich sehr empfehlen!

14 tägiger Urlaub in FeWo „Heile Welt“

Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub in der „Heilen Welt“ in Schwangau verbracht. Von hier aus gibt es herrliche Ausflugsziele. Die beiden Schlösser, eine herrliche Berglandschaft, 10 Seen im nahen Umfeld und die sehenswerte Altstadt von Füssen. Wir sind viel gewandert, haben einige Bergtouren unternommen und uns rundum wohl, wie Zuhause, gefühlt. Die Wohnung mit Terrasse liegt zentral in Schwangau mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ruhiger Lage (die Durchgangsstraße ist kaum hörbar) und schönem Blick auf Neuschwanstein. Wir können den Aufenthalt hier rundum empfehlen.
