We offer boat dockage, a large yard to view the Lake Ontario sunsets and a waterside fire pit. Guests can walk to the public beach or boat to the beautiful boaters beaches and the 1000 Islands are just 40 minutes north!

Our family has been traveling from Burlington, VT to vacation at Sandy Pond for 12 years. In the fall of 2021 we had the opportunity to purchase the home of our host and since then have been busy getting it ready to rent to others who love this area. Mark and I hope to provide our guests with everything they need to make their own “pond” memories.

Why they chose this property

Our property is centrally located on the North pond with a western exposure providing spectacular viewing of the Lake Ontario sunsets and easy boat access to the wonderful boaters beaches. With boat dockage and a public boat launch a short distance from the cottage, we welcome families and fishermen. The St. Lawrence river and Thousand Islands are less than an hour away, providing lots of places to explore on day trips.
