toller Urlaub!

Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Wie beschrieben ist die Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es war alles sauber und komplett. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super, Fragen zur Örtlichkeit und Umgebung wurden schnell beantwortet. Vielen Dank für die Vermietung an uns!

Erholsamer Urlaub

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Es ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Man erreicht sowohl das Meer und den Strand des Ortes, als auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten schnell zu Fuß. Der Strand direkt im Ort ist in der Hochsaison für Hunde verboten, aber man erreicht zahlreiche wünderschöne, weitläufige Strände in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto oder mit dem Fahrrad. Der Vermieter hat uns eine schöne Tips für die Umgebung gegeben. Wir haben einen sehr entspannten Urlaub verbracht.

Toller Urlaub in Bretignolles-sur-mer

Das Ferienhaus hat eine hervorragende Lage zwischen Strand und Stadt. Das Haus hat einen schönen Außenbereich. Hervorzuheben sind die großen Betten, diese findet man in französischen Ferienhäusern sehr selten. Die Gegend bietet wunderschöne und abwechslungsreiche Strände.

Très agréable

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Ali. La location est propre, fonctionnelle, bien placée (commerces et parc à proximité) par contre un peu loin pour aller à la plage à pied (surtout avec des enfants de 6 et 8 ans). Wifi, lave linge, barbecue, transat dans le jardin, elle est très bien équipée. Le jardin avec sa grande terrasse est un vrai plus. On peut garer la voiture facilement. Séjour très agréable.

Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage!

Die Einrichtung ist zwar schon etwas älter, es ist aber alles da, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Das Haus ist auch ideal, wenn man einen Hund dabei hat, da das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt ist. So konnten wir unseren Urlaub entspannt genießen!

Maison bien aménagée. Rien ne manque. Excellente localisation, à mi-chemin entre le centre du bourg et la plage. Excellente localisation aussi pour découvrir la région.Il faut signaler la disponibilité et la gentillesse de la personne responsable de la remise et reprise des clés. Les vélos à disposition sont un "plus" appréciable.

Perfekter Urlaub in der Vendee

Ein helles gemütliches Ferienhaus, dass wir 14 Tage genießen durften. Der Urlaub startete mit einem überaus freundlichen Empfang mit einem herrlichen Blumenstrauß durch die Menschen, die sich vor Ort um das Haus kümmern. Zum Strand La Parée sind es ca 500 m, ca ebenso weit ist es zum Super U. Das Haus besitzt eine Ausstattung die das Leben in einem Ferienhaus sehr angenehm machen: Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, ausreichende Gartenmöbel (sogar 2 Liegen),Decken und was man sonst noch für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub braucht. Der Garten ist im hinteren Bereich uneinsehbar. Er ist durch eine Treppe von der Küche zugänglich, was sehr praktisch für das Frühstück unterm Sonnenschirm im Garten ist, In der Garage stehen 4 Fahrräder, die nicht für lange Fahrradtouren geeignet sind, aber für den Weg zu den Stränden völlig ausreichen. Das Haus ist sehr hell und gemütlich und bietet auch für 4 Personen ausreichend Platz.. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und beschlossen in 2014 unseren Urlaub dort erneut zu verbringen: dann aber für 3 Wochen. H.&I. Schipper

erholfsme Ferien mit Hund

Wir, das sind zwei Erwachsene und ein golden Retriever haben im Mai/Juni 2013 zwei sehr schöne, unglaublich ruhige und somit sehr erholsame Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Enfehrnung zum Strand, diversen Einkaufmöglichkeiten, dem Park und auch Restaurantes ist absolut in Ordnung. Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft frisch gereinigt, ein schöner, blühender Blumenstock stand auf dem Esstisch so dass man sich gleich wohl und wilkommen fühlte. Gerne empfehlen wir dieses Ferienhaus weiter (besonders unser Hund fühlte sich hier sehr, sehr wohl)

Das perfekte Haus

Seit 1998 haben wir etwa zehn mal unseren Urlaub in diesem Haus verbracht: es gibt kein besseres. Wir schätzen sehr, dass das Haus nicht in einer Feriensiedlung liegt, sondern dass es nette französische Nachbarn gibt. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht - Kerzen , Glühbirnen, Spiele, eine kleine Bibliothek auf dem Kaminsims, Kissen, Decken, um es sich gemütlich zu machen etc. Die Geräte entsprechen deutschem Standard, was in Frankreich nicht üblich ist. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Herd, TV-Anlage, Musikanlage, Gartenmöbel etc sind immer tiptop in Ordnung. Die Garage bietet genug Platz, um sämtliche Strandutensilien unterzubringen oder auch nachts die nasse Wäsche. Sehr schön ist es, wenn morgens die Bäckerin vor dem Haus hupt und man das frische Baguette an der Gartentüre einkauft. Schade fanden wir, dass der große Baum vor dem Haus gefällt worden ist. Nach wie vor bleibt es aber dennoch ein äußerst empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus.

eine traumhafte Erhol-Oase

Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel eingerichtet, die Einrichtung des Hauses ist sehr gepflegt, besonders erwähnenswert ist die schön angelegte Terrasse, welche gut von außenstehenden Augen geschützt ist. Eine große Garage, bestückt mit mehreren Fahrrädern ist auch vorhanden. Die zentrale Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut. Strand wie Supermarkt sind zu Fuß innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir freuen uns jedes mal erneut unseren Urlaub in dem Haus "La Beschee" verbringen zu können.

I bought the house and set up because I like to spend my retirement there. I like solid wood furniture (30 years old) in the living room just as hardwood floors in the bedrooms and an old-fashioned flair (lamps and tiles from the seventies). The good climate, the tranquillity, and the unique sea in the Vendee were my motives.
After a few years, I have noticed that I miss my friends and the activity of the university and concert hall in my German homeland. Because of this I reduced my stays to 10-12 weeks a year. When I do not need the house, I rent it out.

Why they chose this property

The house has an ideal location, 500 meters away from the beach and from the shops.
The garden at the rear of the house is fenced and not overlooked.
The house is located in a quiet residential area without traffic (without holiday resorts).
