This is a modern, updated private cabin perfect for families or groups who want a fun lake getaway. If you have your own boat, launch is included with your rental (contact management for parking your trailer) but lake permit fees are extra. You can also now rent watercraft directly from the Marina's Watercraft Rentals page during your stay, including Pontoons, kayaks, and Stand-Up Paddle Boards (SUPs) at https://lemonmarina.com/boatrental/. Lake Lemon is a sizeable (same size as Geist Reservoir) but uncrowded (as opposed to the overcrowded Lake Monroe) lake with unique features like "Little Africa Wildlife Refuge" with swans and lily pads. There is a public beach at Riddle Point across the lake and several coves for swimming. Great fishing, kayaking, or SUP excursions as well. See the Marina's Watercraft Rentals page for more info.

Our host was so very welcoming. He stayed in contact as needed. We've stayed at a lot of rentals, and Lake Lemon Marina VRBO was by far the best equipped. Very spacious inside and out with porch on the lakeside and the 6 person hot tub, firepit, lounging area in the back. This place is well worth the cost. Can't wait to get back!
Great hot tub, loved the view at the marina and proximity to the convenience store. The kitchen, porch & rooms were spacious. Overall a great place for friends to enjoy!
Wonderful for parties with wheelchair users. Both bathrooms accessible. Two showers no tub. We had a wonderful Christmas Week on the LakeOnly 25 minutes from Bloomington or Nashville yet isolated and peaceful.
Absolutely loved this place. We had plenty of room for 5 adults and one small dog. We stayed over Thanksgiving and had a great time! We did not use the hot tub but it looked nice. We did use the outside firepit. We had no issues while there. We hope to return in the summer.
The house was wonderful, well appointed, comfortable and perfect for gathering. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to host our family. We loved it!
Family and pet-friendly. Plenty of room for our large family. We came as beaches and areas were closed for season, so we had less lake access. When we come back, we will come during the season to enjoy the lake more. We had a wonderful weekend!
We were really surprised and impressed by how nice the house/apartment was when we arrived, and the location right on the north side of the lake was great. The hosts were great with communication before and during the stay, and made everything very easy. We would absolutely stay here again during warmer months of the year when we could make use of the boat rentals.

Wonderful stay at Lemon Life Lodge!
The accommodations were very clean and spacious. Beautiful views of lake. We will certainly stay here again. We fell in love with this area and will be back!
Thank you!
Although not quite what we thought it was (we originally thought it was a house) it was an amazing stay! Steve works just downstairs and did an exceptional job of helping us to find things to do on the lake.
We rented this place to come down for a football game. It was perfect for 4 adults to spend the weekend. Much better than a hotel and location was great!
Had a great time at a well kept and clean property. It was great location to meet family for a quick get away. Will definitely try to get back in the future sometime.
Quick Summer getaway between college kids, semesters, and internships
Nice place, convenient boat rental.
Wish there was swimming within walking distance
Really enjoyed staying at Lake Lemon marina! Very clean. Kitchen was very well appointed with all we needed for several meals. Lake is really nice. Rented paddle boards and kayaks. Will rent the pontoon next time. Great for group like ours or family.
We always stay in VRBOs. This was one of the best! When they say the kitchen is well stocked, it was. When they say it’s clean, it is. Enjoyed our stay immensely.
Property is spacious, accommodating and homey.
We loved having a second room pantry and fridge.
The jacuzzi was a nice bonus along with the campfire.
It was fun to rent a pontoon and kayak for a couple of nice days on the lake. Steve and Karen were great hosts and very accommodating.
We all fell in love with Lake Lemon!
