The Barn was a great place to stay. And pet friendly! The heat took some getting used to. Because it is an open loft, it is difficult to manage a comfortable temperature downstairs without making the upstairs uncomfortable. The WiFi was not working... of course these days
Pictures do not do this gem justice. It was the perfect place for my family and me to get away for the weekend. Beautifully decorated cozy and warm and space is enough for two adults and two Young adult children. Our pup even joined us last minute for a small fee. She absolutely loved it. A rural road to take her on a walk but still close enough to area attractions and great restaurants. Our hosts were gracious and responsive. We couldn’t have asked for more. We will definitely be back for another getaway. Highly recommend

Very nicely decorated renovated barn. Very nice! Lots of space.
We stayed for 3 nights and loved every minute of our visit. The barn was immaculate and fully stocked with everything we needed. The location was convenient, close to hiking trails on the Kancamagus and not too far from North Conway. Rosie’s down the street is fantastic for breakfast and the 7/11 next door to it was a great stop for Boar’s Head sandwiches and some cold drinks. Michele and Jamie were great hosts. We hope to return one day!
House was very clean and comfortable. It was very quiet which is what I wanted. Had a fire in the fire pit and roasted marshmallows:). Stars were bright and swam in the lovely lake each day. You share a driveway with the owners, but they keep to themselves, but were very friendly and helpful if we needed anything. We will be going Back here!
I stayed in the barn with my husband and 3 kids as an early birthday celebration for myself and it was the best decision! What an amazing property to stay at and admire nature. I was able to sit outside with my husband in the morning to watch the sunrise and drink coffee, the wind was blowing the leaves around, it felt magical! The barn is so cozy inside and had everything we needed. Michele was great and very responsive when I needed her. I will most definitely recommend the barn to my friends and family, I actually already have! I honestly had a hard time leaving to go home!
This property is much nicer + larger inside than you would expect from the outside. They really did a wonderful job making it homey. My only critique would be - to let folks know it's a shared driveway because when we pulled in at night we were a little worried we were at the wrong property at first. Also, I think your guests will really love the new back brick patio it looks like you are installing. That will be a lovely touch. Cheers!
They did a great job turning this barn into a little home. It’s very cozy and comfy. The couches are comfortable and so are the throw blankets. The beds were also comfortable. The house was stocked with everything other than detergent for the washing machine.
I would have mentioned in the explanation of the listing that the property is part of the owner’s property. The barn is just off to the side of the owners home.
I would definitely stay there again if in the area.
Also, definitely have dinner at Public on Page Hill. It’s less than 10 minutes away and all around superb.
The house was clean and very well appointed . Everything was comfortable and just as advertised. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful time on our family vacation.

Weekend retreat
Tha barn was a unique getaway. Very pretty but the bedrooms upstairs with the bathroom on the main floor was too inconvenient.
Beautifully designed & decorated barn that was the perfect spot for us to stay for a wedding in the area. The Barn was spotless, comfortable, and had all amenities necessary for a weekend stay. The owner was very communicative and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.
