Heated swimming Pool and Game-Room make this a property a place where you don't need to leave to entertain the kids or your spouse. Take a walk around the community park or drop the kids off at the nearby skatepark. This house is close to shopping areas, dining, hiking, golf courses, paved bike paths and MTB trails.

NO EVENTS or PARTIES allowed.

Pool has direct access from back sliding doors. No pool fencing surrounding the pool.Pool heating is an additional $75 a day.
